Tempore Lux Vintage One series
Founded by David Ramírez, Tempore Lux is a new watch brand based in Mallorca in Spain. The brand’s VINTAGE ONE series is a high quality diver watch collection inspired by vintage watches from the 60s and 70s.
The VINTAGE ONE is a collection of robust diver watches with waterproof to 300m (1,000ft) depth. This line offers two model variants: V ONE & V ONE CHRONOGRAPH.
The V One is an automatic diving watch featuring three-hands with date configuration. This model evokes the classic watches of the 60s and 70s, but with the latest technology components. It’s proven 300M / 30ATM / 1,000ft water resistance ensures its place as a high performance diving watch that will be useful for both diving and day-to-day use.
The V One series is offered with two automatic mechanisms: the Japanese Seiko / TMI mechanical NH35A or the Swiss Sellita SW200-1. This model displays date at 3 ó clock.
The V One Chronograph boasts a bi-compax dial design in the purest vintage style. Its solid steel construction together with a unique combination of colors, gives it a sporty and sophisticated look. The V One Chronograph series is offered with two mechanisms: the Seiko / TMI premium chronograph VK64 and the Sellita SW510 automatic chronograph.
These chronograph models feature baton hands for hour and minutes, and red hands for centre chronograph seconds, small seconds (at 9h) and 24hour chronograph counter at 3h. The V One Chronograph displays date at 6h. The diamond cut hands and hour-markers are embedded with Swiss Superluminova BGW9.
Both V One and V One Chronograph share almost same exterior features. The 316L surgical grade stainless steel has a diameter of 44mm (47mm with crown), 13mm thickness, 24mm lug width and 50mm lug-to-lug length. Black PVD coated models are also available.
All V One series models are equipped with a 120 click unidirectional ceramic bezel. You can observe a slight difference in the bezels. V-One’s bezel features bezel indexes with 15, 30 and 45 in Arabic numerals where as V-One chronograph’s bezel features indexes only. The bezel markers are filled with Swiss Superluminova BGW9.
Front glass is scratch resistant sapphire crystal with AR coating. On the case back side you can find a small difference.
The V-One automatic three-hands with date model has a stainless steel case back that is secured to the case body with 6 screws where as V-One chronograph features screw-in case back.
Both versions feature a screwed-down crown at 3h and V-One chronograph also features chronograph pushers at 2h and 4h.
The timepieces are available with Italian leather strap with 316L stainless steel buckle or 316L stainless steel mesh (Milanese) bracelet with double lock deployant clasp.
