Carl Suchy & Söhne Table Waltz Tourbillon

Following the resounding success of the Table Waltz, Carl Suchy & Söhne introduces a very special new model – the Table Waltz Tourbillon.

This unique creation was presented for the first time at the Time to Watches fair in Geneva in April 2024.

Carl Suchy & Söhne Table Waltz Tourbillon

The Austrian master watchmaker Therese Wibmer is again responsible for the conception of this masterpiece. The tourbillon alone consists of more than 50 components, all manufactured exclusively for the extraordinary complication of the table clock. A tourbillon represents the highest art of watchmaking mechanics, as it is a highly complex mechanism that serves to compensate for time deviations caused by gravity.

The escapement and oscillating system of the Table Waltz Tourbillon rotates on its own axis, which not only represents an impressive aesthetic development of the table clock collection, but also gives the clock a lively dynamic and an additional technical dimension.

The Table Waltz Tourbillon owes its timeless design to award-winning Viennese designer Rainer Mutsch.

The Table Waltz Tourbillon showcases Viennese craftsmanship not only in its design and manufacture but also in every other detail, including the glass on the front and back, which features facet cut and hand engraving in collaboration with the renowned Viennese company J. & L. Lobmeyr. Seamlessly integrating into the conical shape of the brass casing, it serves as a light-flooded stage for the artfully floating bar mechanism.

The dark, satin-finished case, 25 cm high, is made from exquisite materials of the highest quality and finished by hand. With its sculptural aura, it can already be interpreted as an icon.

The case, milled from a single block of brass and finished using a special nickel-plating process, merges with the movement in a flowing fit and gives the table clock its simple elegance and powerful radiance.

The Carl Suchy & Söhne Table Waltz Tourbillon clock is available in a limited edition of just 10 pieces.
