NOVE Modena Automatic
Named after the Italian city known as the birth place of legendary sports cars, the NOVE MODENA Automatic watch fuses luxury and performance. Inspired by automotive designs, this Swiss made timepiece unites aggressive lines with elegant design, interpreted in a precision architecture with proportioned details.
Dressed in a stainless steel case, MODENA Automatic stands out with its streamlined lugs design framing a minimalist air in-take, brake system bezel/crown guards and engine heat sink pattern on the dial.
The case measures 44mm in diameter (excluding crown) and 8.7mm in thickness (12.5mm including glass). The lug to lug length is 46.5mm, dial opening is 32mm, and lug (strap) width is 24mm. Beating inside this watch is a Swiss made automatic movement, the Calibre Ronda R150.
Presently, this model is available in three versions: H001-02 in steel, H002-02 in black steel and H003-02 in blue steel. All of them are fitted with matching colour metal bracelets.
Endowed with a fumed finish, the dial with horizontal pattern displays the date at 3 o’clock. Protecting the dial side is a double curved sapphire crystal glass enhanced with antireflective coating and finger-print proof treatment. The hour and minute hands employ Super-LumiNova coating for ensuring visibility in the darkness.
Visible through the sapphire crystal case-back, the modern 25 jewel mechanical self-winding movement offers an approximate power reserve of 41 hours. Beating at 28,800 vibrations per hours (4Hz), Ronda R150 calibre features hand-winding option, hacking seconds function, Nivaflex mainspring, Incabloc shock protection, and bidirectional winding rotor.
Fitted with a screw-down crown, NOVE MODENA Automatic is water-resistant up to 20 ATM/ 200 meters/660 feet.
