Chronograph Monopoussoir Sylvain Pinaud x Massena LAB

In collaboration with Massena LAB, the independent watchmaker Sylvain Pinaud presents a limited edition watch based on his Chronograph Monopoussoir model.

In 2022, Sylvain Pinaud won the GPHG (Grand Prix d’Horlogerie de Genève) Horological Revelation Prize for his Chronograph Monopoussoir (chronograph with single push-button).

The independent watchmaker now partners with Massena LAB to create a limited-edition re-edit of his award-winning, monopusher chronograph.

Each of these monopusher chronographs will be crafted almost entirely by hand in the atelier of Sylvain Pinaud in Sainte-Croix, Switzerland.

It houses a hand-wound movement with a fully integrated, column-wheel chronograph with a horizontal clutch, which can be started; paused; and reset using a single pusher located discreetly at the crown. The movement’s integrated chronograph complication, hand-finished by the watchmaker himself, is left exposed on the dial side and is a delight to observe.

Created by Comblémine SA, the dial is a fusion of modern design with vintage aesthetics inspired by maritime chronometers. Sapphire windows on the sides of the titanium case, as well as a sapphire caseback, invite glances from almost every angle.

Production is limited to three pieces each year, with deliveries taking place over three years. Price available upon request.

Black and white indices
Blued steel chronograph and counter hands are easily distinguishable from the hour, minute, and second hands in stainless steel. The bottom half of the dial is left exposed so that the gears and bridges of the chronograph movement, which are also hand-finished, remain visible
