RGM Model #200 HMS Victory Limited Edition

This limited edition watch was introduced in 2005 to mark the 200th anniversary of the Battle of Trafalgar. It belongs to the RGM Tall Ships commemorative series from the brand’s Specialties collection.

The RGM Tall Ships commemorative range was launched in 2004 as a tribute to historic ships. Launched in 1765, Royal Navy’s HMS Victory is best known for her role as Lord Nelson’s flagship at the Battle of Trafalgar on 21 October 1805.

The RGM Model #200 HMS Victory edition includes six one-of-a-kind wristwatches. Each model comes with a unique, hand-engraved dial with a different depiction of HMS Victory. The 42mm diameter case in 18K yellow gold comes with a white gold plate to display the name of the historic ship.

The sapphire crystal case-back is inscribed with the date of the Battle of Trafalgar. The automatic movement is visible through the transparent case-back. Its bridges and plates are decorated with guilloche. The solid gold oscillating weight is engraved with a depiction of HMS Victory’s figurehead and her motto (Honi Soit Qui Mal Y Pense).
