CODEX IDENTITY Collection
CODEX is a young Swiss watch brand based in Biel. The brand started operations in 2009 and at Basel-world 2011, CODEX presented IDENTITY, their first collection combining sporting allure and elegance for watches that are both modern and timeless.
CODEX has selected high-quality materials and taken great care of technical aspects throughout the development process, all the while keeping a close eye on aesthetics. All these watches are equipped with Swiss Made mechanical movements that can be admired, along with their finishing, through a transparent sapphire glass at the back.
All CODEX watch models carry the Swiss Made label, a gauge of quality that is recognized throughout the world, and are manufactured with care in the heart of the Jura Mountains by master watchmakers in accordance with Swiss watchmaking expertise. To ensure a product of irreproachable execution, each watch is subject to rigorous technical controls and must satisfy with very high quality standards before it is marketed.
Diamonds, symbol of luxury par excellence, are honored in the Lady’s collection and in the IDENTITY Venus Prestige. To guarantee maximum splendor, the diamonds are chosen with great care and are of irreproachable quality: color Top Wesselton, VVS pureness. The diamonds are then meticulously set one by one on the case by a master of setting working for the most prestigious luxury brands.
Ancestral savoir-faire, hand guillochage is an extremely delicate operation which requires meticulous and precise execution. The dexterity, precision, and sensitivity of the craftsman are what give the watch its splendor and signifcant added value. The guilloché technique is used to decorate the Venus 203 movement in the CODEX IDENTITY Venus Master and Prestige watches, both available in limited and numbered editions.
Codex Identity
The CODEX IDENTITY is a modern and dynamic watch for everyday wear and enjoyment. Its stainless steel case features a 44 mm diameter and houses a hand winding mechanical movement with hours, minutes, and small second at 6 o’clock.
The striking architecture of the case is softened by a bezel elegantly alternating polished and brushed surfaces. The guilloche dial features a double layer structure and confers unique sophistication on the timepiece, while the perfectly integrated straps offer a unique ergonomic comfort.

Codex Identity Chrono Day Date
Faithful to the CODEX IDENTITY spirit, the Chrono Day Date model features a resolutely masculine design that combines sporting style with elegance. It is equipped with an automatic movement with chronograph function, and day and date windows.
On the dial, Xs merge in a subtle harmony of depth and colors, before vanishing to reveal the calendar disks at 3 o’clock. Its robust case is available in a fashionable Black Diamond version, a smart sporting rose-gold and stainless steel version, or a timeless all-stainless-steel version.

Codex Identity Chrono Moonphase
The IDENTITY Chrono Moonphase restores sports watches to their former glory. Equipped with a Valjoux 7750 CCL caliber, it has many functions including a chronograph, a date with central hand and a moonphase indicator at 3 o’clock.
This impressive watch is available in three versions: a stainless steel case enhanced with lateral black inserts for a casual style, a massive 18-carat rose-gold case with a brown dial and alligator leather strap for a decidedly luxury feeling, or a black PVD-coated case set with seven diamonds forming the X of CODEX for a more contemporary look.

Codex Identity Venus
The CODEX IDENTITY Venus brings the Venus 203 mechanical movement into the spotlight once again with two limited and numbered editions. This vintage movement, a 100% Swiss watchmaking masterpiece dating from the 1950s and 60s, indicates the day, date and month as well as the phases of the moon.
Incarnation of highly technical expertise with sublime aesthetic results, this timepiece is decorated with hand guillochage and a skeleton dial revealing the circular graining on the movement. The Master version, limited to 100 pieces, is housed by a case in massive 18-carat rose-gold and features a hand-sewn black alligator leather strap, while the Prestige version, limited to 75 pieces, is also decorated with 431 brilliant-cut diamonds (1 ct).

Codex Identity Moon Phase Lady
CODEX celebrates women and dedicates a new collection to them that reinterprets the strong codes of the men’s models in a real ode to femininity. The case is smaller and thinner to adjust to the most delicate wrists, and is available in several materials: stainless steel, rose gold, rose gold and stainless steel, or black PVD-coated, all embellished with diamonds.
On the dial, the Xs play with transparency and relief on a glossy lacquered background. The case back reveals an automatic mechanical movement with hours, minutes, seconds and date, together with the most romantic of complications: a moonphase.
