The Günter Automatic watch by DUFA draws its name from famed architect and urban planner Günter Bock (1918-2002).
Known for his revolutionary style of architecture, Günter Bock often used clear-cut geometric shapes to create buildings. This style of work was very different to the ornate, more decorative style of architecture found in the 1930s. Although controversial today this style of architecture is celebrated for its honesty and realism.

Similarly the Günter Automatic expresses its form through a more geometric form that when put together creates a watch inside the design language of DUFA. Strong lines flow into each other to harmonize precisely into a watch that is elegant yet gives a hint of strength in form.
Crafted out of 316 L marine grade stainless steel the watch utilizes a scratch resistant sapphire lens offering clarity, durability and utmost visibility. Its case measures 39mm in diameter. The watch is available in four dial color choices: Black, White, Blue and Grey.
The dial is a restrained study in minimalism. Circular and elongated baton like indexes created hour markers with Swiss super luminova for maximum visibility in low light conditions. The hour and minute hands are precisely finished and harmonize with the shape, form and proportion throughout the timepiece. Attached to the case is a solid stainless steel “H” link design bracelet.
The DUFA GÜNTER AUTOMATIC watch is powered by a high beat Miyota 9015 Automatic movement, which operates the timekeeping with reliability and precision. It has a water resistance of 50 meters.
