Renowned master watchmaker Vincent Calabrese presents Kronos, a limited edition watch series created in association with Japanese artist, Shinji Himeno. Limited to 100 pieces, and celebrating the watchmaker’s special celebrating with Japan, this horology marvel will be reserved exclusively for the Japanese market for several weeks.

Christened as Kronos, this mechanical wristwatch pays tribute to one of the Greek mythological icons. The dial of this stunning wristwatch portrays Kronos, the Greek god, who with his hour glass personified time and with his scythe, fate.

Designed by Shinji Himeno, the dial of this model depicts a young woman vainly pursuing eternal youth while Kronos inexorably fulfils his mission. The Twelve Hours were the daughters of Kronos in Greek mythology.

Equipped with an ETA 2892A2 – Automatic movement, the watch displays a Wandering Hour display inspired by the 19th century horology creations. The hour indicator jumps every 60 minutes, then wanders around the dial to mark the minutes. On the reverse side, the watch offers the possibility of viewing the automatic movement through a sapphire crystal.
