On this first limited-edition interpretation, the hexagonal central going train bridge is adorned with a skull motif that has become a classic theme in contemporary watchmaking.
A distinctive laser-engraving technique creates a striking play on light and shade exploring the many nuances of grey. Contrasting shades outline the shape of the skull using the “light trapping” method, offering a fascinating means of marrying metal with this promising form of expertise.

Mechanical automatic, exclusive Dubois Dépraz calibre, 58 jewels. Decorated and engraved oscillating weight. Central bridge, 6 chamfered and satin-finished seconds bridges. Minute wheel with Pierre DeRoche logo. Hands affixed by a transversal pin. 6 gear-driven retrograde seconds hands with strip-spring return. The black zones of the skull-shaped central bridge are formed using the “light trapping” method, which consists in laser-engraving a motif by creating an engraving background featuring an irregular topography that prevents light from penetrating its surface.

Bezel set with 240 brilliant-cut diamonds totalling approx. 1.10 cts (128 measuring 0.8 in diameter and 112 measuring 1.1 in diameter), lugs, crown-guard and screw-lock crown in steel. Sapphire crystal with anti-reflective coating on both sides. Sapphire back. Water-resistant to 100 metres (10 bar/330 ft).
