Versace is an Italian luxury fashion house founded by Gianni Versace in 1978.
In 2004, Versace sold its Swiss watch subsidiary Versace SA to Timex. Renamed Vertime SA, this company initially held an eight-year license to produce Versace brand watches. In 2018, the family-owned company Gianni Versace S.r.l. was sold to the Michael Kors group, an in 2019 it became a part of Capri Holdings Limited. In April 2025, Prada S.p.A. acquired Versace from Capri Holdings. As on date, Timex group produces Versace watches.

The brand’s flagship watch collections are V-Dome, Real Active Chrono, Greca, Millennium, V-Contempo, V-Galaxy, V-Auria, Dominus, V-Pop, Hellenyium, Medusa, V-Legend, Antero, Chrono X, Chrono Master, Greca Time, Antares and Logo Diver.
