Early this year, Tissot launched a new collection of five PRX models with 35mm satin-finished steel cases, all powered by quartz movements.
There will be four Tissot PRX Quartz 35mm steel models with either a silver, blue, green or light blue sunburst dial, and a further steel model with a yellow-gold-PVD-plated case and bracelet and a yellow-gold-coloured dial.
This collection neatly captures the essence and exact dimensions of the 1978 original on which the PRX’s retro design is based, and also the trend for unisex watches.
Just like all timepieces from the Tissot PRX series, the 35mm quartz models are fitted with integrated bracelets. Fitted with sapphire crystal glass and solid steel case-back, each of them is water resistant up to 100 meters.

The Telemeter 1938 is a reinterpretation of an iconic Tissot chronograph of the 1930s. It takes inspiration from a particular model worn by Vital Thiébaud during a ski race in the Swiss ski resort of Villars-sur-Ollon 84 years ago.
The Telemeter 1938 boasts a beautiful vintage-inspired dial design. Alongside its condensed Arabic numerals marking the hours, it features two railroad sub-dials, one for the running seconds and another for the chronograph’s 30-minute counter. These are flanked by three scales.
In the centre in red, a spiraling tachymeter scale for timing speed over a known distance. In black, the minutes scale, read off by the blue sword-shaped central minute hand. And around the dial’s outer edge is a telemeter scale with blue scale and digits.
The brushed and polished 42mm stainless steel case tapers beautifully into elegantly proportioned lugs. On the right side of the case, ergonomically designed chronograph pushers and an over-sized crown with a fluted edge inspired by the design of the first chronographs, complete the watch’s ageless silhouette.
The Tissot Telemeter 1938 is equipped with the newly upgraded Valjoux A05.231 automatic chronograph calibre. It features a highly durable Nivachron balance spring and offers an extended 68-hour power reserve. The movement is fitted with a new Tissot Heritage winding rotor.
The watch comes fitted on a brown Italian leather strap.

Released early this year, the Tissot PRX 20 405 quartz watch has become a best-seller. Inspired by this success, the Swiss watchmaker is unveiling a new automatic timepiece fitted with the integrated bracelet. The new PRX Powermatic 80 features stainless steel case and bracelet, embossed, chequered dial and high-performance automatic movement.
In 1978, Tissot created a quartz model characterised by a bracelet with a wide, transverse link which was perfectly integrated with its flat, slim, tonneau-shaped case. A few years later, Tissot registered the PRX name. “PR” stands for Precise and Robust. The Roman numeral “X” indicates its water resistance -10 bar, or 100 metres. And so the Tissot PRX was born. Like its predecessor, the PRX Powermatic 80 reflects the style of the 70s.
The case of the Tissot Powermatic 80 measures 40 mm in diameter. At 11.3 mm, it is of a similar slenderness to the version equipped with quartz movements. It has a slight tonneau shape and a smooth, slim and polished bezel. The mid-section combines vertical brushed finishes with polished facets, which soften the look.
The Tissot PRX Powermatic 80 features dials marked with a chequered pattern, the relief of which is printed in the metal itself. This is the hallmark that instantly distinguishes the PRX Powermatic 80 from its quartz counterparts. These dials are available in three colours: black, silver and blue.
Tissot has opted for appliqué indexes on these embossed surfaces, rather than flat decals. These metal components add depth, presence and substance to the PRX line. The window encasing the date display at 3 o’clock is also bevelled and appliqué, which highlights and enhances it.
The versions with black and blue dials are made entirely from steel, from the bracelet to the indexes and the crown.
The third PRX Powermatic 80, with its silver dial, is distinguished by the bezel, hands, indexes and date window. They are all rose gold PVD treated, which further enhances the 70s feel of its design.
The automatic PRX watches feature Tissot’s flagship Powermatic 80 (ETA 80.111) mechanical movement. This Swiss-made movement beats at 3 Hz. It is equipped with a Nivachron balance spring, which guarantees excellent anti-magnetic performance, and its components have been optimised to ensure a power reserve of up to 80 hours. The see-through back offers the view of this calibre.
The lines of the case extend directly into the bracelet of the PRX Powermatic 80 models, without recourse to traditional lugs. The design of this bracelet is based on the series of large links that take up its whole width. Its mobility and flexibility allow it to sit beautifully on the wrist.
The satin finish on the external faces is as carefully executed as the polishing on the internal faces. The former adds a masculine matt aspect, whilst the latter feels soft to the touch. This watch looks flattering, as well as being superb to handle and to wear.
The luminescent hands of the PRX Powermatic 80 models are mounted in a very tightly stacked formation. This creates a raised effect and allows the dial to be brought closer to the glass. The visual effect achieved by the Tissot designers makes the case appear even more slender than it really is.
In the USA, the Tissot PRX Powermatic 80 watch has retail price of $650.00 for black and blue dial models and $675.00 for silver dial variant.

Now, the brand is celebrating its enduring support for these three incredible Tours in true Tissot style with a set of three special edition watches from the Supersport Chrono collection.
Tissot Supersport Chrono Tour de France
The Tour de France is nothing short of iconic and the 45.5 mm Supersport Chrono exudes French cycling style. It is powered by a high-quality, Swiss-made, precision quartz movement.

Tissot Supersport Chrono Giro d’Italia
The brand is paying tribute to the historic Giro d’Italia with a special edition Supersport Chrono that is packed with Italian passion – and amazing features.
Accents in pink, including a bicycle on the seconds hand, reference the famous Maglia Rosa winner’s jersey which celebrates its 90th birthday this year.
Tissot Supersport Chrono La Vuelta
The stainless steel Supersport Chrono La Vuelta brings in late summer cycling race vibes – and colours – to a Tissot sports staple. At an imposing 45.5 mm, it is a bold statement that offers a clear view of the dial and chronograph counters for timing at a glance.
The watch offers plenty of substance and has Spanish style in abundance. Track your date with destiny thanks to the handy date display at 6 o’clock and get into the winning spirit with the red details on the dial and strap that reference the famous winner’s jersey.
All these watches are equipped with quartz movements. Made of stainless steel, their 45.5mm diameter case is mounted with a fixed tachymeter bezel. Front glass is made of sapphire crystal. Stylish above and below the water, the sporty Tissot Seastar 1000 Quartz Chrono comes with a plethora of useful functions. With a host of useful features, it is already an essential in the water, thanks to its ability to handle pressure up to 30 bar (1000ft) and its accessible quartz movement which promises unfailing reliability.
The impressive qualities of the Tissot Seastar 1000 Quartz Chrono reflected in the design itself. Luminescent hands make for easy readability while the minutes until 20 are marked on the face, when it subsequently becomes every five minutes, in a scale that is typical and helpful for divers. A screwed down case and crown prevent the watch becoming damaged.
A subtle sea horse engraved on the back case hints at the watch’s capability to undertake underwater adventures, as the face itself is a deep blue hue, reflecting the ocean’s mysterious depths.

The Seastar 2000 Professional is a new and technically advanced dive watch from Tissot.
Water-resistant to 2000 feet (60ATM/600 meters), this high-performance diving watch meets all the criteria of the ISO 6425 standard that governs dive watches. This chunky tool watch in stainless steel measures 46mm diameter and 16.25mm thickness. Dedicated to enthusiasts of extreme nautical style, it features a ceramic diving bezel and a very thick, bulging, domed sapphire glass with a bevelled contour.
The Seastar 2000 Professional watch is equipped with a robust, precise and high-performance self-winding movement. The Powermatic 80 calibre has a power reserve of 80 hours. The Nivachron™ hair-fine spring of the movement is made of a titanium-based alloy, which is completely resistant to magnetism.
This date is displayed in a metallic aperture at 6o’clock, in transfer form on a black background. It is in keeping with the rest of the watch, in particular its dial in shades of blue ranging from the darkest deep-sea blue, on a background pattern of waves designed especially for the Seastar 2000 Professional.
The case is of 316L-type steel, the most effective steel alloy for combating corrosion. Its flat surfaces are burnished and its vertical sides are satin-finished, including the shoulder that surrounds the crown and protects it from shocks.
Underneath, the case back is of transparent sapphire, extremely rare for this degree of pressure resistance, which usually callsfor sturdy metal case backs. On it, Tissot has placed a transfer of a seahorse, symbol of its dive watches. And on top of this ensemble, Tissot has installed the indispensable dive bezel.
Its bezel is made of steel, with a rim marked with deep notches. These are intended for improved grip, even with wet hands or with gloves, so as to ensure precise definition of the diver’s immersion time. The graduated 60-minute insert is made of black ceramic into which Arabic numerals are cut.
This bezel turns only in an anti-clockwise direction. This means that any accidental adjustment can only shorten the dive time, not lengthen it, which would be dangerous for the diver.
The Seastar 2000 Professional has been designed for professional divers, who work at considerable depths and have to remain there in extreme conditions. For this type of use, the case is fitted with a helium valve at 9o’clock.
The US retail price of the Tissot Seastar 2000 Professional Powermatic 80 automatic watch with the blue gradient dial is $ 1025.00. The black dial version (reference T120.607.17.441.00) costs $ 995.00.

The Bellissima case and bracelet are entirely crafted in steel. Alternatively, you might choose the version with pretty details in rose gold PVD, including the gadroon of the bezel, the crown, and two of the five links on its bracelet.
All the links are polished to better reflect the light. A third variation is available with a case entirely plated in rose gold PVD and paired with an elegant brown leather bracelet, which emphasises the very feminine curve of the Bellissima watch body and its magnificent central horn.
The crown is adorned with a white ceramic cabochon. Its dial was designed by women, for women, to easily sail through any setting and any occasion. The silver dial edge adorned with a subtle timer draws the eye to the elaborate dial. Indeed, the dial’s surface, in the same hues as its edge, is adorned with a guilloche rosette. It is punctuated by elegant black Roman numerals.
Its hands are black nickel-plated and wherever a golden touch is present, they are coordinated in rose gold PVD. The quartz movement is a high-precision Swiss Made ETA calibre with a date display at 6 o’clock.

Ettore Sottsass (14 September 1917 – 31 December 2007) was an Italian architect and founder of design and architecture movement the Memphis Group.
In 1988, Tissot in partnership with Ettore Sottsass created a watch highlighting the daring, colourful, disruptive, and nonconformist approach of the designer. To mark to the 40th anniversary of the Memphis movement’s birth, Tissot has launched the Heritage Memphis Limited Edition, inspired by the style of the 1980s.
In 1988, Ettore Sottsass proposed a watch that would express his design style. Like his furniture, this piece broke with existing norms and conventions. The Tissot Sottsass watch is round, but its profile is lenticular. It comprises a case back and bezel, both bevelled.
Together they form a geometric stack reminiscent of Sottsass’s designs, such as Totem, the piece that launched the movement. There are no lugs, but instead a protuberance of the case that serves to attach it to the strap, a new shape encased within others like a set of cubes, one of Sottsass’s signatures.
The hour markers are chunky, contrasting and playful, providing yet another visual jolt of the kind that Memphis is all about. And where function is concerned, the Tissot Sottsass differs from the run-of-the-mill by having a notch in the mid-section so that the crown does not break the perfect circle formed by the case.
Using seemingly simple graphic elements, Sottsass designed a very sophisticated watch. It is distinctive for its architectural structure that reveals the creative genius of the architect and designer, in the spirit of the Memphis Group.
The new Memphis collection consists of four references, each in a limited series. They are based on Ettore Sottsass’s 1988 design in a more contemporary version. Tissot has thus not settled for a pure reissue, but has adapted one of the most emblematic of its historic designs to the present day.
The dials follow the same aesthetic principles, but have been proportionately enlarged. The case has been reworked with elongated, more contemporary lines. The glass has been redesigned, and is now domed so as to follow more closely the stacked profile of the case/bezel ensemble.
The Tissot Heritage Memphis stands out from the crowd with a seconds indicator in the centre that dispenses with a hand in favour of a small disc marked with a dot. Lastly, the case backs comprise a pattern of seemingly random geometric shapes, reminiscent of the backgrounds of all Memphis décor. This pattern is repeated on the interior faces of the rubber straps.
The Memphis collection consists of two Ladies’ models, 34 mm in diameter, one in steel with a white dial, the other in steel with a yellow gold PVD bezel and black appendages. Each model is issued in a limited series of 17,000 pieces. The two other models, for Men, have a masculine look, with a diameter of 41mm.
The first is available in steel with a yellow gold PVD bezel and black PVD appendages. These three references have a white dial and black hour markers, the same as the original edition. The fourth and final reference is a tribute to our era, as it is fashioned entirely from black PVD steel with a matching dial.
Only the hour markers are white, in keeping with the contrasting look that is integral to the Memphis design codes. These Men’s models come in a limited series of 3,000 pieces for the black PVD version and 2,500 for the two-colour version.
These references are mounted on a black synthetic leather strap, made of vegan material, and all come with a second, interchangeable strap in a bright colour.

Swiss watch brand Tissot has launched PRX 40 205, a modern reinterpretation of an emblematic design from the late 1970s, with an integrated case and bracelet. The new PRX range will initially be fitted with quartz movements, with automatic to be introduced later.
In 1978, Tissot presented a quartz model characterised by a slender case, narrow hour markers and a steel bracelet. Its wide horizontal link, typical of the era’s designs, was fully integrated with the flat, barrel-shaped case. A few years later, Tissot registered the PRX name. “PR” stands for Precise and Robust, while “X”, in Roman numerals, stands for the 10 atmospheres of depth to which the watch remains water-resistant, or a total of 100metres.
The PRX 40 205 quartz watch has a 40 mm diameter case made of stainless steel. It has a subtly barrel-shaped outline and houses a smooth, slender, round bezel. The mid-section combines vertically-brushed finishes with polished facets for a softer look.
The Tissot PRX 40 205 Quartz comes with a black or blue sunburst dial with nickel-plated hour markers and hands, or alternatively a vertical satin-finish silver-grey dial with rose gold hour markers and hands.
The lines of the case extend directly into the bracelet without recourse to the traditional lugs. The bracelet features a series of large links that occupy its entire width. Its mobility and flexibility make it a true triumph of ergonomic design. It thus hangs exceedingly well.
The satin finish on the external faces is as carefully executed as the burnishing on the internal faces. The former adds a masculine matt aspect, and the latter is soft to the touch. The overall look is flattering, and the watch feels good both to handle and to wear.
The luminescent hands of the PRX 40 205 range are mounted in a very tightly stacked formation. This creates a raised effect and enables the dial to be brought closer to the glass. The visual effect that the Tissot designers have thus succeeded in creating makes the case appear even more slender than it really is.
The retail price of Tissot PRX quartz watch in the USA is $375.00.

Introduced in a limited edition of 1,000 pieces, the Tissot Seastar 1000 Professional is a robust timepiece that fully satisfies the criteria of the ISO 6425 standard governing professional diving watches.
All the conditions specified by the standard are validated by this all-steel automatic chronograph: it resists a magnetic field of 4,800 A/m and lateral impacts, including on its crowns and push-buttons. It is equipped with a luminescent small second hand and revolving bezel that can be locked into place.
Although its water resistance is guaranteed up to 300 metres (or 1,000 feet, the reason behind its name), the ISO 6425 standard demands resistance of up to 375 metres in depth.
The Tissot Seastar 1000 Professional also has a helium valve at 10 o’clock. It is automatically opened to expel excess air and helium that are trapped in the case and dilated when coming up from a very deep saturation dive. It is integrated into the secondary crown that secures the bezel.
Once screwed down, the 60-minute graduated ring is locked into the defined position. This guarantees that the chosen immersion time cannot be inadvertently or accidentally changed during the dive. This combination of functions is unique and protected by a Tissot patent.
As well as these many precautions, designed to protect the physical safety of divers, Tissot has applied the same rules to the ergonomics of the Tissot Seastar 1000 Professional. The 49 mm diameter case is designed for use in difficult and demanding situations. Its dimensions primarily target resistance to pressure, impacts and any unforeseen circumstances that can arise in the life of professional divers.
The case back, push-buttons and crown are screwed down and the latter is protected by a flange. The dial is blue in the centre which shades into black on the edges. On this dark, ocean-themed background, large contrasting skeleton baton hands indicate the hours and minutes.
They are abundantly coated with Super- LumiNova ®, the brightest variety of this luminescent material. Super-LumiNova® also adorns the dial indexes and the luminescent dot in the bezel’s triangle. The bezel insert is in black ceramic with metallic graduations. All these features guarantee optimal legibility, even at night and in murky water.
The Tissot Seastar 1000 Professional has been fitted with a self-winding chronograph movement, the Valjoux A05.H21 calibre. It has a small second hand at 9 o’clock and 30-minute and 12-hour chronograph totalisers, at 12 o’clock and 6 o’clock respectively. This calibre also indicates the day and date and has a comfortable 60-hour power reserve, rare for a diving watch.
The Tissot reference T120.614.11.041.00 Seastar 1000 Professional diving chronograph comes with a steel bracelet with three links, burnished in the centre and buffed to a satin finish on the sides. It is closed by a folding clasp specially designed for diving purposes.
It has push-buttons, a safety feature and rapid extension, doing away with the need for fussy resizing, when worn over a diving suit. The watch is delivered with a second black rubber strap with ribbed interior and steel pin buckle.
To switch easily from one to another, without tools, Tissot has fitted these clasps with a rapidlock fixing system. It is all delivered in a dedicated watchcase made in neoprene, identical to the material used to make diving suits.
A seahorse, the historic logo of the Tissot Seastar, is transferred on the interior. This animal, a symbol of sea life and easy mobility underwater, is also present on the sapphire crystal case back of the Tissot Seastar 1000 Professional.

In 2019, Tissot launched the Heritage Navigator Chrono Auto 1973 limited edition watch to mark its partnership with the Kessel Classics vintage car racing team. Inspired by the success of this series, the Swiss watch brand presents a new edition with three new models of its barrel-shaped chronograph. This second edition is not a limited series.
In developing the Tissot Heritage Navigator Chrono Auto 1973, Tissot summoned a model from its archives. Dating back to 1973, the Navigator Chronographe was essential in connecting Tissot with motor-racing.
Beginning in 1973, Tissot worked with Alpine, which dominated the rally circuit. In 1974, the brand joined forces with Porsche for the Le Mans 24 hour Gran Turismo race. In 1977, Tissot even gave its name to a F1 racing team. But in particular, the brand forged a very strong bond with the Swiss pilot, Loris Kessel, a Formula 1 competitor in 1976.
Loris Kessel had founded car dealerships in the Tessin area together with a racing division and another division dedicated to classic racing. This network was taken over by his son, Ronnie Kessel.
In 2018, Tissot rekindled its partnership with the Kessel family by becoming the official partner of Kessel Classics, which owns Tissot Formula 1. This black-and-yellow car has excelled in competitions like the Monaco Historic Grand Prix, which it won in 2016.
To recognize the 2020 version of the Tissot Heritage Navigator Chrono Auto 1973 at a single glance is as simple as focusing on the minute totalizer of the chronograph, located at 3 o’clock. The section between 0 and 5 minutes is coloured blue, in contrast with the rest of the counter. Indeed, the play on colour between the totalizers, dial and dial edge brings a distinctive visual identity to the Navigator 1973.
The first option features black counters against a white dial (the so-called “Panda” effect) surrounded by a black dial edge. The second option has white counters against a black dial (the “Reverse Panda” effect) with a black dial edge. The third and last proposition juxtaposes white counters with a blue dial and a coordinating blue dial edge.
The new Tissot Heritage Navigator Chrono Auto 1973 features a stainless steel case with 43mm diameter case. The case is comfortable and ergonomic, thanks to the shortened horns which enable the strap to descend vertically toward the wrist. This effect is further accentuated by the domed transparent sapphire glass box which follows the same line as the curve of the case.
The dial edge of the Tissot Heritage Navigator Chrono Auto 1973 is gradated with a tachymetric scale of up to 500 km/h. This is combined with mushroom-shaped chronograph pushers typical of the 1960s and 1970s.
The Tissot Heritage Navigator Chrono Auto 1973 is equipped with a self-winding chronograph movement, the Valjoux A05.H31 calibre. Beating at 4 Hz, it offers a 60-hour power reserve.
The watch is fitted with a racing-type strap, invented by Tissot in 1965 and recognisable with its large perforations. This special type of strap is designed to allow the skin to breathe in stressful piloting situations or in the considerable heat of a single-seater cockpit.
Three shades are available, each coordinated with the colour of the dial: black, a medium cognac brown, and a dark, forthright brown. All reveal contrasting ecru overstitching, the ‘70s highlighting touch of the Tissot Heritage Navigator Chrono Auto 1973 colour palette.
The Heritage Navigator Chrono Auto 1973 (edition 2020) is non-limited and has a retail price of US $ 2,100/-

Tissot’s new range of SuperSport Chronos is tied intimately to the values of rugby.
Available in eight references, their imposing 45.5 mm bodies are shaped out of steel with various colour options, from black to rose gold via PVD technology. And the pack is dressed up with a full line of bracelets and straps that range from steel to leather with visible top-stitching.
The crown has considerable diameter for easy gripping and is protected by a flange. These powerfully built protrusions show off the personality of the Tissot SuperSport Chronos. With their flanker physique, the Tissot SuperSport Chronos are also a tribute to the physical versatility that can be seen in the rugby world. Their appearance is certainly powerful, but they are also dynamic and agile in their functioning.
The Tissot SuperSport Chrono range comes with a fixed glass engraved with a tachymetric scale gradated up to 400 km/h. This glass matches the finishes on the case and dial. It is therefore available in black with white gradations, in yellow gold with a yellow-gold printed black insert, or even in all steel. That choice will also determine the colour of the two chronograph push-buttons and the colour effect of the dial.
With its appliqué date aperture at 6 o’clock, its 12 ultra-legible indexes coated with Super-LumiNova® technology, and its immense luminescent sword hands, this dial serves to highlight the chronograph function. Inside the SuperSport collection ticks a quartz chronograph calibre produced by Swiss movement manufacturer ETA.
This movement indicates hours and minutes in the middle, with a small seconds dial at 6 o’clock, and has two totalisers. At 2 o’clock, one of them displays tenths of a second, thus supplementing the central direct-drive. At 10 o’clock, a 30-minute counter handles longer durations.
The SuperSport Chrono collection symbolises the unfailing bond Tissot has been building with sport, and more specifically rugby, since 1853.
Tissot is a partner of the Top 14, the prestigious French rugby league, as well as the Six Nations European championship, and has now added to that list EPCR (European Professional Club Rugby), which organises the European club champion’s cup.

For the Valentine’s Day, Tissot is offering a unique watch: the T-Wave Bicolour, a highly desirable timepiece featuring a stainless steel and a rose gold PVD trim.
The T-Wave Bicolour is dedicated to lovers. The name is often associated with an especially glamorous ladies’ collection. And the same is true of this model combining stainless steel and rose gold PVD, which is the essence of elegance with a hint of poetry. It has a subtle yet extreme beauty and smoothly flowing curves.
The lines of its fine, multidimensional, two-color design catch the light in a host of different ways, from bracelet to case. On the dial, the understated, sophisticated mother-of-pearl adds a very pure, natural aspect that complements the delicacy of the hands in the shape of skeleton petals. Set with a white agate stone, the crown looks like a jewel in itself, while still being easy to manipulate.
The shape of the horns perfectly hugs the curve of the wrist and provides a unique level of everyday comfort.

Inspired by the 1950s collection, the Tissot Heritage Visodate Quartz symbolises a smooth combination of sentimental classicism and youthful passion which is expressed in its design: a nostalgic dial with a modern twist, the Tissot logo in the original font, delicate facetted hour markers, and date counter at 3 o’clock. The watch houses an ETA quartz movement.
The 1950s heralded the Tissot Heritage Visodate with its avant-garde design: a streamlined dial; crisp, angular lines; finesse in wear; an original style; and the essential date function at 3 o’clock.
The Tissot Heritage Visodate Quartz takes inspiration from its predecessor while adding elegant touches from its own time, including a domed case made statelier by a range of distinctive straps.

The Tissot Gentleman is a multi-purpose watch, both ergonomic and elegant in any circumstance. Dedicated to modern, active man, this timepiece is a perfect companion for every day, every occasion and every style. Made of steel and solid 18 ct pink gold, this classic dress automatic watch is available in four versions.
Its elegant steel case is topped with a bezel made entirely of 18 ct pink gold. Measuring 40 mm in diameter by 10.64 in thickness, the case is extended by horns with a pronounced curvature, enabling it to hug the lines of the wrist more closely.
The Tissot Gentleman comes with a choice of two straps. The first is a steel bracelet, consisting of three wide links. The one positioned in the centre is burnished while the ones surrounding it have a satin finish. The solid attachment is sportier and is the natural extension of a silver dial. The second option consists of a selection of smooth calfskin straps, in colours that match the dials: black, camel and chocolate.
All the dials, whatever their colour, sport four noteworthy features. Firstly, a central marking in the shape of a circular sighting-line makes the dial easy to read and gives it a contemporary appearance. Secondly, the ring of appliqué hour markers, bevelled and buffed to a satin finish, and accentuated by faceted dauphine hands with white luminescent material and a date aperture at 3 o’clock, reveal the subtle elegance of the dial.
The pink gold colour of this magnificent dial has precisely the same warmth as the 18 ct pink gold bezel. A very slender second hand enables the time to be read with great precision, to the second. Lastly, the “Powermatic 80 Silicon” indicates the movement beating inside the watch.
The Tissot self-winding calibre ETA C07.811, better known under the name of Powermatic 80, is equipped with a silicon balance-spring, which provides greater longevity, more precise running and greater resistance to magnetic fields. The self-winding movement has a very convenient power reserve of 80 hours.

Street basketball became legendary in urban neighbourhoods, where incredible players lit up the courts at Rucker Park in NYC or Venice Beach in SoCal with their amazing skills.
To honor this game and its roots at the heart of the sport of modern basketball, FIBA holds the 3×3 World Cup and World Tour. Played three players on a side, 3×3 is an exciting game with non-stop action – 3×3 has already been added to the Olympics in 2020.
To celebrate the importance of street basketball to urban style, Tissot has created the Chrono XL 3×3 Street Basketball Special Edition. Based on the original Chrono XL introduced in 2017, this edition includes styling nods to this riveting game.
The printed dial evokes the steel mesh fences that ring the street courts, and the case itself is finished in an antique PVD to echo the gritty nature of the game.
The FIBA “3×3” logo is engraved on the case back of this 45mm Swiss Made quartz chronograph, and the watch comes with two straps, one a special graffiti-style filled with color, as well as an elegant black leather strap, featuring Tissot’s easy interchangeable system.

Swiss watch brand Tissot celebrates its historic ties to motor-racing with a re-issue of a seventies style chronograph. The Tissot Heritage 1973 proudly flaunts its membership of Tissot’s historic stable. This automatic chronograph symbolises the partnership that brings together Tissot and the Kessel Classics racing team.
Meeting contemporary requirements, this 43 mm wide chronograph, with a silvery grey dial featuring matte black counters, is available in a limited edition of 1973 pieces. To power this racing timepiece, Tissot has selected the iconic ETA Valjoux 7753 self-winding movement.
True to the spirit of the racing timepieces of the 1970s, the Tissot 1973 is a shaped chronograph, an oval cushion with domed lines in its three dimensions. Its crystal is a glass box-cut in sapphire. Its second and chronograph hands are orange. The hour and minute hands are rectangular batons ending in a white tip.
The dial is silvered with black counters and tachymetric dial edge, for a Panda-style effect. The overstitched black calfskin strap is a reproduction of the one Tissot had invented and patented in the 1960s, characterised by its large perforations.
To create the Tissot Heritage 1973, Tissot took its inspiration from a model stored in its archives. Dating back to 1973, the Tissot Navigator was a key timepiece in the partnerships tying Tissot to motor-racing. From 1973, Tissot worked with Alpine which dominated the rally circuit.
In 1974, the brand joined forces with Porsche for the Le Mans 24 hour Gran Turismo race. In 1977, Tissot even gave a name to an F1 car. But, in particular, a very strong bond was forged between the brand and the Swiss pilot, Loris Kessel, who competed in Formula 1 in 1976 under the Tissot banner.
Like many pilots, Loris Kessel was fanatical about engines. He had founded car dealerships in the Tessin area together with a racing division and another division dedicated to classic racing. This network was taken over by his son, Ronnie Kessel.
In 2018, Tissot rekindled its partnership with the Kessel family by becoming the official partner of Kessel Classics, which owns Tissot Formula 1. This black and white car has excelled in competitions like the Monaco Historic Grand Prix, which it won in 2016.
The three dimensions of the steel case of the Heritage 1973 are curved. Its glass box is domed, following the same line, as are the horns and arched case back. They allow the 43-mm wide case to comfortably fit the wrist and easily slip under a shirt cuff.
The finishing of the case back is also sophisticated. The bezel surface that follows the lateral line of the case is burnished while the side is satin-finished. The finishing quality has rarely been achieved in a watch of this type.

A tribute to the small Tissot ladies’ watches of the 1960s, the Lovely Square timepiece is an utterly feminine creation, calibrated for the finest wrists.
With delicate 2 x 2 cm dimensions, it is nonetheless bold in its square design, and its satin-smooth case glimmers whatever the season. Its exquisite dial, displaying minutes alongside hours, has the sensual aura of the most feminine attire. The design is available in seven distinct versions, naturally attracting women in love with timeless glamour.
Far from following trends, a watch must dare to take an original shape, a chic design. The Tissot Lovely Square watch represents a bold step forward, while remaining a beautiful illustration of the influence of the past.
With its delicate case, it falls perfectly into line with the trend of small watches worn like jewellery. It also demonstrates great creativity, thanks to a square design that suggests audacity where no one could have imagined: worn with a suit, perhaps, or an evening dress.
Its various dials – light, dark and pastel – ideally match Milanese mesh or satin straps in lustrous colours, and enhance moments of great simplicity as much as those of great sophistication.

Tissot, with its signature ‘Innovators by Tradition’, has been pioneering craftsmanship and innovation since its foundation in 1853. Today Tissot is a member of the Swatch Group, the world’s largest watch producer and distributor.
For over 155 years the company has had its home in the Swiss watch making town of Le Locle in the Jura mountains but now also has a presence in over 150 countries. The Tissot innovation leadership is enabled by the development of high-tech products, special materials and advanced functionality. With a broader, more versatile range of high-quality timepieces at an attractive price than any other Swiss watch brand, Tissot also expresses its commitment to making excellence accessible.
Tissot has been named Official Timekeeper and Partner of many global events such as basketball with the NBA and FIBA; cycling with the Tour de France and the UCI World Cycling Championships; motorsports with MotoGPTM and the FIM World Superbike Championship and many more besides in the sports of ice hockey, fencing and rugby.
The Tissot history of innovation is long and multi-faceted. This pioneering spirit has impacted both on product development and commercial activity since the company’s foundation years in the 1850s.
In 1866 after having developed commercial relations in the United-States, the founder’s son, Charles-Emile Tissot, bravely ventured to Russia and sold Tissot pocket watches across the empire, then a far more receptive market than Switzerland.
Tissot went on to gain a coveted Grand Prix award in 1900 in Paris. At the same time, Tissot pioneered a long history of collaboration with ambassadors, with one of its wristwatches being worn by the iconic actress Sarah Bernhardt.
Tissot timepieces have pioneered new shapes and materials to keep the brand ahead of its times. In 1916 the Prince ‘Banana’ watches incorporated a curved case and Art Deco styling to the delight of European and Russian customers.
The Tissot brand’s relentless commitment to innovation has always been more than skin-deep, with technological advancements playing a key role. In the 1930s Tissot introduced an Antimagnetic Watch to resist the then modern influences of telephones and electrical equipment.
In 1953 the Tissot Navigator mastered timekeeping in 24 time zones around the world.
An innovative approach to materials led to the production of the world’s first plastic mechanical watch, the Tissot Astrolon, in 1971 and the iconic Tissot Rock Watch in 1985, made of stone from the Swiss Alps.
And in 1986 the Tissot Two Timer revolutionized watch making, containing both analogue and digital displays, with the movement and the pace in one piece.
The inspiration of nature showed its face again in 1988 in the form of the Tissot Wood Watch to celebrate the 700th anniversary of the Swiss Confederation. In 1991 Tissot used ceramic in its Tissot Ceraten timepiece and 1998 saw the use of high-tech titanium in a model aimed at younger wearers, Tissot Titanium 7.
Parallel to the long list of product firsts is a dynamic history of brand communication, from memorable campaigns, such as the 1965 Tissot PR516 advertisement introducing the lasting Tissot love of motor sport, to global collaboration with brand ambassadors and direct involvement in major international sports events.
In 1999 Tissot introduced a breakthrough tactile technology, giving birth to the Tissot Touch Collection. The dynamic watches in the Tissot Touch Collection integrate a touch screen crystal, which is the interactive ‘cockpit’ of the timepieces’ diverse functionality.
The Tissot Touch has continually strengthened its technological leadership by bringing this tactile innovation to a wide range of contemporary designs. A light touch of the innovative tactile crystal on any of the Tissot Touch timepieces – Tissot T-Touch, Tissot T-Touch Expert, Tissot Touch Navigator, Tissot Touch Silen-T – enables access to a variety of useful functions, ranging from a chronograph to an altimeter. In 2009 , the brand introduced Tissot SEA-Touch, a high performance watch for divers with water resistance to 200 metres.
The Tissot Chrono XL NBA Team collection, like the players, makes a bold fashion statement, thanks to the large 45mm cases of the watches. This obviously makes for a flawless readability.
The collection dedicated to the six NBA teams is full of appealing design quirks, including clear indices and a black dial, which leave the logo and team colours free to be admired. A useful chronograph function adds to the sporty appeal.
Slick black PVD coating on the case, coloured stitching on the leather strap and sandblasted finishing, which gives a matte finish, ensures the result is ultra-modern.

Inspired by the tasteful Mediterranean style of the Bella Ora, the Tissot Bella Ora Round watch for ladies remains faithful to the original, but adds exciting new design quirks for a new and revitalised look.
A case that is rounder and bigger than its predecessors means the pure dial offers even greater readability, with Roman numerals and indices adding a sophisticated edge. Still recognisably a Bella Ora, thanks to the familiar lugs, the overall effect is cool and contemporary.
Fashionistas will be pleased to hear that each reference of this on-trend new collection comes with two interchangeable bracelets which will perfectly suit any outfit and this beautiful watch, inspired by the fashionable scene in Italy.

The Chemin des Tourelles watch collection takes its name from the street in Le Locle, Switzerland, where the Tissot workshop was established in 1907, and where the company can still be found today.
The watch compliments the company’s vast years of expertise with a contemporary design with an elegant case that comes in a variety of different finishes, including polished and brushed, perfectly demonstrating the technical know-how Tissot puts into every piece.
The Tissot Chemin des Tourelles comes in a variety of different versions, but all models pay close attention to detail and offer enough to keep everyone happy. Some pieces – three hand, chronograph and GMT – have beautiful details such as clous de Paris under the Roman indices which are in a hypnotic circular pattern.
Some models feature sunray dials that play with the light in interesting ways, also available are some sober models that have a date display, which gives sophisticated symmetry to the design.

Trendy, simple and pure, the Tissot Everytime Swissmatic is the watch of the 21st century. A flowing case cuts a sharp silhouette, with the clean style allowing the impeccable workmanship to speak for itself.
The watch is powered with an innovative automatic movement that is created essentially in a totally automated production. This not only makes for extra power reserve – it has more than three days of power reserve, compared to the 42 hours of a standard watch – but it is also extremely attractively priced.
