TEKNON presents a ground-breaking range of modular customizable watches, allowing the enthusiasts to express their creativity and design.

With an innovative modular concept and high-quality materials provided by TEKNON, the customers can build exceptional wrist watches. Modules and Cases are made from 316L stainless steel. The sapphire crystal with anti-reflective coating provides a clear view of the striking sunray or matt finished double-layer dial with their luminous hands and vintage numerals.

The module also features transparent sapphire case back for a clear view of the mechanical movement. Each package will be provided with a supple Italian leather strap. All watches/modules are water resistant to 50 metres.

By utilising the unique Configurator on the TEKNON website, watch admirers can build their perfect timepiece. In total, the brand offers over 33,000 combinations of watches that can be configured online.

TEKNON watches each have three customizable components: an automatic movement module, a case and a strap. These  components can easily be assembled and disassembled into any watch combination without the use of tools or specialized knowledge.

 

Most TEKNON components can be mixed and matched, enabling the watch lovers to create several striking combinations.

Module Themes

(1) Pilot Module: The Pilot Module was inspired by aviation watches of the Second World War. It comes with large white Arabic numerals and luminous hands that contrast briskly against the dark background. This module is available with black, navy blue or grey sunray finished dials.

(2) Military Pilot: The Military Pilot Module takes inspiration from WWII fighter planes’ aviation instruments with striking yellow outlines contrast against the double-layered matt black Dial. Instead of using 1-12 Arabic numerals around the face, in keeping with the fighter plane instrument motif, we’ve opted for numbers that go from 0 to 55 in intervals of five around the Dial. Military Pilot modules are not available with the Chronograph Function.

(3) Racing: TEKNON has reinterpreted vintage watches with its Racing dials, which has been crafted to feature bold contrast with either a mostly white dial ringed in black or a mostly black dial outlined with white. Both dial designs incorporate a Tachymeter. The numerals and indexes go from 0-60 on the double-layered dial. Racing Modules are not available with the Power Reserve or the Chronograph Functions.

(4) Vintage: Lastly, the Vintage Module boasts a clean design with either solid white or white outlined vintage Arabic numerals bursting off a black, navy blue or grey dial and providing that air of vintage style while still offering a contemporary interpretation of iconic watches of the past. The orange minute numerals provide a fresh contrast against the darker coloured dials.

Bezels

For every module, two styles of bezels are available: rounded and angular.

Cases

Made from 316L stainless steel, cases come in 3 styles: Heritage, Military and Pilot. They feature black or rose gold plated surfaces with three styles of finishes: Matt, Brushed and Polished.

(1) Heritage: Heritage style cases have robust corners, giving them a rounded square profile, distinctly framing the face of the watch for a classic look. Heritage cases measure 40.5 x 48 mm (lugs to lugs) or, for Chronograph Functions, 43 x 51 mm and will appeal to men who appreciate a decidedly technical watch. Stainless steel cases present a brush or polish finish. Black plated Heritage cases have a matt finish while the Rose Gold plated cases feature a brush finish.

(2) Military: These prominent cases combine a round profile with a frame that encompasses a crown protector. Making eye-catching use of space, these cases allow the roundness of the watch faces to show through while emitting an air of strength. They measure 48 x 54 mm (lugs to lugs). Black plated military cases have a matt finish. Rose gold plated and stainless steel cases show off a horizontal and vertical brushed finish with a polished ring and edges on the Frame

(3) Pilot: The sleek, swooping contours of Pilot cases are reminiscent of historic aviator timepieces. They measure 40.5 x 48 mm (lugs to lugs) or 43 x 51 mm (lugs to lugs) for chronograph functions and speak to TEKNON’s craftsmanship, precision, and timeless elegance. Black plated Pilot cases feature a matt finish. Rose gold and stainless steel cases have a brushed finish with polished edges.

Watch Functions

TEKNON offers three different types of functionalities in its automatic watches: Three Hands with Date (39 mm), Power Reserve with Calendar (39 mm) and Chronograph (40.5 mm). All components for the Three Hands / Date and Power Reserve / Calendar versions are interchangeable. The chronograph version shares its own modules and cases. All straps are compatible throughout.

 

Movements

(1) Seiko Caliber NH35: An exceptionally reliable automatic movement, the NH35 caliber has 24 jewels nestled among its immaculately ornamented wheels and bridges and displays an analog date indicator at the 6 o’clock position.

(2) Seiko Caliber NE20: Oscillating at 28,800 Bph, this 29-jewel automatic movement has a day indicator at the 3 o’clock position, an analog date indicator at the 6 o’clock position and a power reserve indicator at the 10 position.

(3) Seiko Caliber NE88: The NE88 chronograph automatic movement oscillates at 28,800 Bph and houses 34 jewels in its gears and wheels. It displays small seconds at the 3 o’clock position, a 12-hour counter at the 6 o’clock position and a 30 minutes counter at the 9 o’clock position. Its mainspring is good for over 45 hours of power.

Straps

All straps are made from the finest Italian calfskin leather to provide maximum comfort on the wearer’s wrist. They come in black, dark brown, red brown or medium brown color. Available stitching colours feature: orange, white, red, yellow, black and brown. Straps can be finished in regular, smooth or crocodile pattern.

With Quick release pins, the wearer can switch straps in a matter of seconds. All strap lugs measure 22 mm and come with stainless steel solid pin buckles. All straps are compatible with all cases, regardless of the function.
