Singer Reimagined & The Limited Edition Flytrack On The Road Limited Edition

Swiss luxury watch brand Singer Reimagined has launched a special timepiece in collaboration with UK based independent watch specialist retailer The Limited Edition.

Officially launched on 20th Feb 2023, the spectacular ten-piece Flytrack ‘On The Road’ limited edition by Singer Reimagined was borne out of a shared passion for the wide open road and the thrill of new adventure by long time friends Pietro Tomajer of The Limited Edition and Marco Borraccino of Singer Reimagined.

Singer Reimagined & The Limited Edition Flytrack On The Road Limited Edition

This exclusive chronograph watch takes inspiration from the great rite of passage which is the coast to coast road trip across the United States, and borrows its name from the iconic 1950’s Kerouac novel. It sports an enticing combination of vivid orange detail juxtaposed against a backdrop of matte black and anthracite grey, with the brushed and polished metal surfaces of its barrel-shaped case and the tight weave of its black textile strap.

Singer Reimagined & The Limited Edition Flytrack On The Road Limited Edition

It houses the proprietary Flytrack Calibre AG6364. Developed in association with Jean-Marc Wiederrecht and his team at Agenhor, this manual-winding chronograph movement’s central second hand converts into an on-demand sixty-second flyback pointer with push-button instant reset.

The smoothly curved stainless steel body with circular brushed finish provides a contrast with its polished Grade 5 titanium bezel, crown and single pusher. Thanks to the slender bezel profile, the gently domed sapphire crystal spans right across the face of the watch, almost to the limits of the case.

Singer Reimagined & The Limited Edition Flytrack On The Road Limited Edition

The dial boasts an imposing style with black, grey and vivid orange colors, enhanced with powerful Super-LumiNova accents. With the absence of a conventional hour hand on the dial, if the Flytrack’s time display seems a little confusing at first glance, it is in fact intuitive and very easy to read.

The segmented dial features a revolving matte black ceramic aluminium ring around its outer edge, with a luminous orange triangle to indicate the hours, providing crisp at-a-glance legibility in all light conditions. The orange rehaut which separates the inner and outer dial doubles as a reference for the hours as well as for the semi skeletonised minutes hand, which is also accented with a luminous orange insert.

The third hand is the Flytrack’s focal point, and serves two purposes. In regular use, it can be used as a sweeping constant seconds pointer, complementing the minute and hour indicators, but by depressing the pusher at the two o’clock position the hand instantly resets to zero and then, when the pusher is released, it takes off to time a short event of under sixty seconds. Not only that, but repeat the process, and via a heart-shaped cam the flyback pointer resets and restarts, enabling the on-demand timing of consecutive, back to back events.

Singer Reimagined & The Limited Edition Flytrack On The Road Limited Edition

The sapphire crystal caseback reveals the unique Singer AG6364 manual winding movement. Running at 21,600 vib/h (3Hz), and boasting an impressive sixty hours of power reserve, the movement comprises 314 individual components, which are manufactured and finished to the uncompromising standards of haute horlogerie at Agenhor.

The Flytrack On The Road edition is manufactured in a strictly limited production of ten numbered pieces, with each example bearing a solid 18ct gold numeral which is embedded into the topside of the case, just off the five o’clock position. It is presented on a durable high-tech fabric strap with orange stitching which is secured on the wrist with a stainless steel folding clasp.

Singer Reimagined Track1 SKLT CARBON Edition

After the revealing of the first SKLT Gold Edition early this year, Singer Reimagined presents a new open-worked version of its emblematic Track1 chronograph.

The Track1 SKLT CARBON Edition features the new-generation transparent dial, suspended over the movement, allowing a view of the components below. Shaped as a structural chassis, the open-work dial reveals the signature minutes wheel below, highlighted in a golden finish, to match the aesthetic of this special watch.

Singer Reimagined Track1 SKLT CARBON Edition

One side of the Agengraphe has always been visible through the caseback of the Track1. The rotor was relocated to a position underneath the dial, allowing an unobstructed view of the Track 1 movement through the caseback.

Through the open-work dial of the Track1 SKLT CARBON Edition, these vital elements of the movement are exposed and visible.

Singer Reimagined Track1 SKLT CARBON Edition

The Singer Track1 SKLT CARBON Edition is crafted from high-tech materials. The watch case is fashioned from stratified forged carbon, which reduces mass and enhances lightness.

The case made from this exclusive material has been milled directly from a solid bloc, in order to ensure dimensional perfection and guarantee 100 meters of waterproofness. This specific conception allows as well a direct encasing of the movement itself.

Singer Reimagined Track1 SKLT CARBON Edition

On the occasion of the revealing of the Track1 SKLT CARBON Edition and for the very first time, Singer introduces a caoutchouc strap in its collection.

The black openwork strap reinterprets the iconic rivet perforations enhancing both the vintage style and the energetic look. The strap was designed and tailored for all sizes. Indeed, conceived in large size, the strap can be cut to fit smallest wrist sizes thanks to a double clasp housing. It is secured with the folding buckle made of stainless steel with a black DLC coating.

Singer Reimagined Track1 SKLT CARBON Edition

The Singer name is carved from metal and becomes three-dimensional, floating over the visible movement. At the outer edge of the watch, the ceramic rotating hours and minutes discs carry engraved numerals filled in golden Superluminova®, against a matte black background.

Singer Reimagined Track1 SKLT CARBON Edition chronograph

On the dial flange, a tachymetric scale is presented with black numerals against a circular brushed golden background. The transparent sapphire ring, suspended and riveted to the chassis, carries the single base 60 scale, dedicated to all chronograph functions. This feature, a signature of the Track 1, allows each chronograph hand (seconds, minutes and hours) to point to the same scale, improving clarity.

Singer Reimagined Track1 SKLT CARBON Edition

Bezel, push buttons and crown, made of grade 5 titanium, are mirror polished by hand and coated in black DLC in order to provide highlight and contrast.

Singer Reimagined Track1 SKLT CARBON Edition watch case back

The AgenGraphe, the calibre powering the Singer Track1 stands apart from all previous chronograph movements. Thanks to a radically new architecture, this self-winding mechanical movement brings together the entire chronograph functions in the centre of the watch, allowing for an easy and intuitive reading of elapsed time. To further enhance legibility, the chronograph incorporates jumping minute and hour indicators.

Singer Reimagined Track1 SKLT CARBON Edition agengraphe movement

To connect the chronograph mechanism to the timekeeping gear train, the AgenGraphe features an innovative clutch mechanism. The coupling is made horizontally which requires less space, yet it is made using friction, just like a vertical clutch. The dial-side rotor (made possible because the hands are on a central axis) leaves an unhindered view of the AgenGraphe movement and its 477 meticulously hand-finished parts.

SINGER REIMAGINED Flytrack Barista Edition

SINGER REIMAGINED presents the Flytrack Barista Edition watch to mark its entry to the Italian market.

Created in collaboration with Orologeria Concato in Verona, the Singer Flytrack “Barista” represents the meeting point of two universes: The Art of Watchmaking and The Art of Espresso.

SINGER REIMAGINED Flytrack Barista Edition watch

Singer Flytrack is a “time only” watch with an on-demand chronograph function. It features the brand’s signature peripheral hours-disc indication combined with central minutes and central swiping seconds. The Barista edition extends the Flytrack collection that began with the Tachymeter, Pulsometer and Telemeter variants. They house the innovative Singer Flytrack movement.

SINGER REIMAGINED Flytrack Barista Edition

Marco Borraccino, co-founder and creative director of Singer Reimagined is both an Italian and a coffee aficionado. His love for espresso led him to imagine the BARISTA scale allowing easy measurement of the extraction time for your favorite coffee style prepared with your espresso machine.

SINGER REIMAGINED Flytrack Barista Edition

The newly introduced stainless-steel case is hand-finished with circular brushing and polished edges. The dial is matte brown, velvet-touch with the unique one-minute coffee brewing scale traced in contrast using a subtle beige color. A circular brushed golden rehaut, with a contrasting 60 second indication in black, underlines the refinement of this timepiece.

SINGER REIMAGINED Flytrack Barista Edition

The peripheral, rotating hour disc is presented in black matte ceramic and features 12 luminescent markings. The luminescent orange hour pointer is placed at 6 o’clock, in Singer tradition.

SINGER REIMAGINED Flytrack Barista Edition

Developed in collaboration with Agenhor, the manual winding Caliber AG6364 shares its architecture with the prestigious, award winning, Agengraphe. It features 314 components, two barrels providing 55h of power reserve, 49 jewels and a unique flyback & zero-reset function.

A dark brown smooth calf strap, with brown stitching, is completed with a matching stainless-steel folding buckle.

Chronograph on Demand

Singer’s Flytrack watches provide the most instantaneous and instinctive way of measuring short elapsed times.

Singer Flytrack features the signature peripheral hours- disc indication combined with central minutes and central swiping seconds. By using push-button at 2 o’clock, the owner can activate an on-demand chronograph mechanism capable of measuring short intervals.

A single touch of the pusher instantly reset to zero the central sweeping second-hand. Releasing the pusher sets the second hand in motion, allowing instant measurement of short intervals of time (60 seconds). It can be repeated as many times as needed, without interfering with the timekeeping of your watch.

The Flytrack mechanism is also designed to be used as a hacking seconds device to synchronize your watch with an accurate timekeeping source. By keeping the push button down, the seconds hand will stay still, allowing you to release it precisely at the correct moment.

Singer Reimagined Singer Track 1 – DLS Edition Chronograph

California-based luxury brand Singer Vehicle Design has been renowned for restoration and customization of Porsche 911 cars. Its sister firm Singer Reimagined is a luxury watch brand based in Geneva.

In 2018, Singer Vehicle Design presented its Dynamics and Lightweighting Study (DLS) to explore the ultra-high performance potential of the Type 964 911, enabling a limited number of clients to restore their Porsche 911s in an extraordinary manner.

Singer Reimagined Singer Track 1 – DLS Edition Chronograph

During Monterey Car Week 2021 (from 12 to 21 August), Singer Vehicle Design exhibited their first bespoke car based on DLS. To celebrate the unveiling of the first client car representing the results of the Dynamics and Lightweighting Study, Singer Reimagined presents the Singer Track 1 – DLS Edition chronograph.

Singer Reimagined Singer Track 1 – DLS Edition Chronograph

Winner of the Grand Prix d’Horlogerie de Geneve 2018 Chronograph watch prize, Singer Track 1 houses AgenGraphe, an innovative automatic column-wheel chronograph movement developed by AGENHOR SA, the Geneva based independent movement specialist founded by Jean-Marc Wiederrecht.

Singer Track 1’s latest iteration marks the launch of first custom restoration project according to the new DLS concept. Only owners of DLS restorations will be able to purchase and personalize the Track 1 – DLS Edition chronograph.

Singer Reimagined Singer Track 1 – DLS Edition Chronograph

The Singer Track 1 – DLS Edition embodies the lightweight and performance-driven philosophy behind the Dynamic and Lightweighting Study. The unique, forged carbon watch case was engineered with the intent of reducing mass. A new, open-work design has been conceived to further emphasize lightness and to echo the signature air-intakes developed during DLS.

ALL Grade 5 Titanium components – bezel, pushbuttons, winding crown and back-case – mirror polished by hand, can be finished in a variety of diamond-like carbon (DLC) shades to match trims and details of each DLS restoration. The exclusive DLS dial design, in brushed anthracite finishing, features applied luminescent indexes. Personalizable elements – the flange, luminescent indexes color, luminescent hour & minute arrows – may further accentuate the connection between the watch and its related car.

Singer Reimagined Singer Track 1 – DLS Edition Chronograph

Each car restored using the results of the Dynamics and Lightweighting Study is unique. In the same way, each DLS Edition chronograph will be a unique, bespoke execution. The design of every watch will be finalised to match the owner’s car’s specifications, colours and trim.

The Track 1 – DLS Edition is presented with a lightweight, technical textile strap and complimentary bespoke leather band – handmade using leather matched to each DLS restoration.

Singer Reimagined Singer Track 1 – DLS Edition Chronograph

Each watch is further connected to its related car with the commission name and VIN number 8 engraved on the caseback.

The Track 1 – DLS Edition features a central dial, fully dedicated to elapsed time. Three central hands, operated by the bull-head push-buttons, allows for precise timekeeping of elapsed times, able to measure up to 60 hours of an event. Two rotating discs, on the dial periphery, indicate time-of-the-day hours and minutes. Their minimalistic design has been conceived to enhance even further the central dial elapsed-time readability.

Singer Reimagined Flytrack Prime Edition

The Singer Flytrack collection proposed by Singer Reimagined offers the most instantaneous and instinctive way of measuring short elapsed times. Created in collaboration with the Agenhor team in Geneva, its innovative horological complication allows easy measurement of multiple, sequential events.

Singer Flytrack is a “time only” watch, featuring the signature peripheral hours disc indication combined with central minutes and central swiping seconds. The main twist, not visible at first sight, is easily accessible through the push-button at 2 o’clock. A proprietary system allows the instant conversion of the central sweeping seconds hand into a flyback chronograph-hand.

The unique Singer AGH6364 mechanism allows the measurement of short events, as many times you wish, without interfering with the watch timekeeping. Holding the pushbutton down keeps the seconds hand motionless at zero. Releasing the button instantly sets the hand moving allowing quick-reaction. Pushing and releasing the button, will reset and restart immediately the central second hand for lightning time measurements.

The device can be used as well to zero-reset your watch time, very easily, whenever desired. Hold your push-button down and releasing it precisely at the right moment, to synchronize your watch.

Flytrack Prime Edition

The official Flytrack Collection launch will take place in Spring 2021, but 30 pieces will be available in unique, limited designs ahead of the launch.

Singer Flytrack Prime Edition will be available in 3 distinct models of 10 units each, featuring a Grade 5 Titanium case with a matte micro-blasted finishing and hand polished accents and an 18k gold digit hand-applied directly on the watch case, indicating the number of your own unique SINGER FLYTRACK Prime Edition.

The three models are inspired by three iconic chronographic scales: Tachymeter, Pulsometer and Telemeter, each offer a distinctive style and specialization. Only 10 numbered timepieces for each design will be produced.

The Singer Flytrack movement AGH6364 was developed in collaboration with Agenhor. This playful yet useful complication is the most minimalistic iteration on the chronograph theme. The movement features 314 components, manual winding, two barrels providing 55h of power reserve, 49 jewels and a unique flyback & zero-reset function.

The clutch, provided with triangular teeth, features a ratio of one tooth to three, to limit jumping forward or backward, and reduce errors in case of shock. In the worst case, the seconds hand can jump of maximum 1 degree.

A large lever permanently keeps the system engaged, allowing the seconds hand swiping motion. When the user presses the reset button, the lever releases the clutch which disengages. The lever also acts as a reset hammer by pressing on a heart-cam in the center. When the user releases the button, the lever returns to its initial position and re-engages the system to restart the seconds hand motion instantly.

Singer Reimagined has launched a pre-launch campaign that will see 30 Flytrack Prime Collection timepieces made available. Only 10 watches, for each of the 3 different styles, will be ever produced. Every watch, numbered from 1 to 10, will carry an 18k gold digit on the case, matching the chosen serial number.

Singer Reimagined announces the auction of a Singer Track1 Prototype watch in collaboration with Phillips

On June 8th, 2020, Swiss luxury watch brand Singer Reimagined celebrated its 3rd anniversary. To mark this occasion and in collaboration with Phillips Auction House, the brand is presenting a very rare and unique piece of the Singer Track1 to participate to the watch auction from 27th to 28th in Geneva.

This piece represents the original style imagined by Marco Borraccino when founding the brand in 2017. This unique piece embodies the starting point for the final design of the later named Launch Edition.

This specific timepiece has been used as a first nest to test the famous AgenGraphe 6361 movement and has incarnated the entire Track1 Collection and the spirit of Singer Reimagined.

Singer Track1 Prototype watch movement

Slightly different from the marketed model, The Singer Track1 Prototype comes with a never seen before special Grade 5 Titanium open horns case inspired by 60’s and 70’s iconic chronographs.

It is paired with a very unique Kaki Green Singer Track1 Prototype, unique piece baranil calf strap. The watch is fitted with a 22mm made to measure NATO style bracelet combined with same dimension brushed Grade 5 Titanium rings and pin buckle with polished edges.

The Singer Track1 Launch Edition prototype will be presented during the auction sales with lot number 100.
