Based in Geneva, Switzerland, Kees Engelbarts offers unique, hand-made mechanical timepieces that stand out with the ancient engraving decorations on the dial and the movement. Initially a hand-engraver, Kees founded his own watchmaking firm in 1997 in Geneva. A watchmaker of Dutch origin, he utilizes an ancient Japanese engraving technique called MOKUME GANE to decorate his watches. Every year, he makes only a few creations.
