Chronotechna is a Prague based watch brand with production facilities in Switzerland.

Founded in 1946, Chronotechna was the first manufacturer of time instruments in Czechoslovakia. It had been managed and owned by the state collective. But soon after the Velvet Revolution, this Czech quality watches and clocks manufacturing company was privatized and closed its initial business in 2000. After 18 years, the company legacy was revived by Swiss horological entrepreneur Harry Guhl.

In 2018, the brand launched its first model NanoBlack. In 2021, it introduced SeaQuest Dive, a divers’ watch with a 42mm case. In 2022, Pavel Kalouš took over Chronotechna as its new CEO.

Today, although all watches are made in Switzerland, the Chronotechna headquarters is located in Prague.
