Unveiled during the Geneva Watch Days, OceanMoon V is the fourth iteration of the emblematic OceanMoon watch by Bausele.
Just 12 years after making a splash in the watch industry with Australia’s first luxury timepiece brand, Bausele revisits its flagship model. In 2023, Bausele is adding 4 new colors choices to the Swiss Made, Ocean Moon V collection.
The new Bausele Ocean Moon V comes in White + Blue, Black + Silver, Light Blue, and Green versions.
Each Ocean Moon V timepiece brings with it an actual piece of Australia, as the crown at the 4 o’clock mark contains grains of genuine beach sand.
As a timepiece that can hold its own against either dress or dive watches, this timepiece’s case is made of 316L stainless steel and features 200m of water resistance.
The Ocean Moon V utilizes the durable Sellita SW200 Swiss automatic movement. To further increase durability, Bausele utilizes a Faraday cage shock system and anti-magnetic construction within the timepiece.
This 42mm timepiece features 2 screw-down crowns – the second of which controls an inner bi-directional count-up bezel for diving.
The Ocean Moon V watch stands out with the distinct and unique use of the 12, 4, and 8 digits on the sunray-style sandwich dial. The large hands, indices, and digits are outfitted with Super-Luminova.
The case-back spotlights gorgeous engravings of the ocean and moon. To compliment the timepiece, Bausele created a unique band that uses high-performance recycled PET plastic to resemble the texture of sand on the beach.
