Swiss watch brand Vulcain presents two new interpretations of its 1960s aquatic alarm watch inspired Cricket Nautical: Lagoon and Deep Black. Both models house the legendary Cricket V-10 manual-winding caliber that ensures its hallmark alarm rings for up to 20 seconds underwater.
Limited to 25 pieces and created in partnership with French retailer OCARAT, the Vulcain Cricket Nautical Lagoon model boasts a turquoise dial with powder pink accents.
Its ‘Lagoon’ blue dial has a smoked finish offering a subtle blue gradation. The watch is available for pre-order now on the Ocarat website.
Limited to 50 pieces, a full black version of Cricket Nautical is available for pre-order from October 11th, 2023.
Water-resistant up to 300 meters, these diving watches come with stainless steel cases measuring 42.20 mm in diameter. They also feature decompression tables on the dial.
Two case-back options are available for Vulcain Cricket Nautical watch. The first one is a stainless steel triple caseback that serves as a resonance chamber, enabling the alarm function to operate underwater.
The second choice is a sapphire crystal exhibition case-back, offering the view of the iconic Cricket alarm movement.
The manufacture hand-wound movement with the Exactomatic system and double barrel offers a power reserve of 42 hours.
