To celebrate the 25th anniversary of its Model 356 Classic Pilot Chronograph, German watch brand SINN has announced a limited edition series.
Available in a limited edition of just 500 pieces, the 356 PILOT Classic Anniversary watch comes with a number of unique features. This stainless watch features a 38.5 mm diameter case and anthracite electroplated dial with Arabic numeral hour markers.
For the first time in this model series, SINN has exquisitely decorated the dial at six o’clock with the unmistakable ‘FLIEGER KLASSIK’ lettering as a special tribute. The applied SINN logo is placed below the 12 o’clock numeral.
Another novelty relates to a complication that is also unusual for this model series: the bicompax arrangement of the silver matt counters. For a balanced overall appearance, they harmoniously match the anthracite electroplated dial.
To enhance visual perfection, the hands for the hours, minutes and stopwatch seconds are rhodium-plated and lined with luminous paint, while the silky-matt anthracite-coloured design of the small seconds and 30-minute stopwatch are eye-catching. The dial also features a fine minute track, divided into quarters of a second, for fast recording of short-time measurement.
The high-domed crystal featuring an anti-reflective coating on both sides ensures a clear view of the striking dial.
The 356 PILOT Classic Anniversary houses Calibre SW 510, a high-precision self-winding mechanical chronograph movement with an improved power reserve of over 56 hours. The case back with sapphire crystal offers the view of this movement.
This commemorative edition is delivered in a fine case with two locally manufactured straps made from nubuck boar leather.
