Exploring new horizons, Swiss luxury watch brand Franck Muller presents Curvex CX Grand Central Flash Tourbillon, an ultramodern and flamboyant high-complication model inspired by futuristic cars.
The minimalist-looking dial is boldly completed with fine details such as the skeleton surrounding the flashy indexes.
Franck Muller’s distinctive numerals are replaced by brightly coloured indexes. The dial has been treated in a deep matte black, which allows the light to be absorbed.
In this intriguing mechanical timepiece, all the elements tend to aim at the centre of the dial to sublimate the mesmerizing Central Tourbillon complication.
The Tourbillon’s cage bridge also incorporates a fluorescent arrow, which rotates around the Central Tourbillon to indicate the running seconds.
The Curvex CX case is immediately recognisable. The redesigned case where the sapphire crystal extends all the way to the bracelet gives much greater visibility to the dial.
Furthermore, the bezel which is separate from the case, allows beautiful two-tone treatments. It also gives full visibility to the dial by limiting the amount of material used on the sides.
The textile strap allows resistance and an impeccable comfort. A variety of colours will be offered to match the indexes of the watch or a very elegant black textile to intensify the look towards these coloured elements.
