German watch brand ARCHIMEDE expands its 1950s collection by introducing the new 1950-4, a manual-wound mechanical watch with small seconds function.
Dressed in a 40mm case in stainless steel, this timepiece is available in green and black dial versions. Manufactured by ICKLER, the case is water-resistant up to 30 meters. Measuring just 9.8 mm in thickness, it highlights brushed and polished finish.
The dial hosts two centrally placed, lumed baton hands for indicating the hours and minutes. To enhance the vintage theme, the numerals and indices are in the colour of old radium.
The dial also features a small-seconds dial at 6 o’clock and the railroad track inspired minute markings around the perimeter.
Driving this classically styled wristwatch is the Swiss made manual-winding Calibre Sellita 261-1, which offers a power reserve of 42 hours. Through the mineral glass exhibition case-back, this 24 jewel movement can be admired.
Each timepiece comes with a vintage style leather strap in black, light brown or dark brown shade. Other features of the ARCHIMEDE 1950-4 Hand-wound Small Second watch are domed sapphire crystal glass and onion crown.
