OMEGA has created a special Seamaster Planet Ocean 600m watch for its Summer Blue Edition.
Originally released in 2005, the Omega Planet Ocean watch is a professional grade diving timepiece with a water-resistance of 600m. It stands out with an orange bezel and distinctive helium escape valve. It also contained OMEGA’s famous Co-Axial escapement, which made its debut appearance in the Calibre 2500.
The newly launched Seamaster Planet Ocean 600m Summer Blue Edition has a 39.5mm diameter stainless steel and OMEGA’s Co-Axial Master Chronometer 8800 self-winding movement.
A blue ceramic bezel with light blue diving scale encircles the Summer Blue ceramic dial, which is PVD treated and varnished with a gradient finish. The blued hands and indexes are filled with a unique light blue Super-LumiNova.
The stainless steel case-back features a stamped commemorative Seamaster logo depicting a trident-bearing Poseidon and two seahorses: OMEGA’s 1956 original and the brand’s current design.
This special edition Planet Ocean 600m diving watch is paired with a stainless steel bracelet.
