After two sold-out limited editions, Breitling and the Australian custom motorcycle and surf outfitter Deus Ex Machina have joined forces on a third collaborative collection named Top Time B01 Deus. This new timepiece features an in-house column-wheel chronograph movement.
The first instalment of Breitling Top Time Deus collection was introduced in 2021 in a limited edition of just 1,500 pieces. In 2022, the brand released the Top Time Deus second edition in a limited series of 2,000 pieces.
The newly launched Breitling Top Time B01 Deus watch comes with a black dial contrasted by its white triple-register subdials and tachymeter scale. It also sports touches of red on the outer dial and on the centrally placed chronograph seconds hand that, like the two previous Top Time Deus editions, is shaped like a lightning bolt.
Most importantly, Breitling’s latest collaboration with Deus Ex Machina gets a mighty upgrade with the addition of the Manufacture Caliber 01. Beating at 28,800 a/h (4 hertz), this COSC-certified self-winding mechanical movement offers a power reserve of 70 hours.
This new model has a 41mm diameter case in stainless steel. Its open sapphire-crystal caseback features a red Deus logo at its center. The Breitling Top Time B01Deus is available on either a black racing-themed calfskin leather strap or a mesh metal bracelet.
