Weiss Watch Company has expanded its Standard Issue Field Watch range by introducing new Blue Ocean and Pink Sand dial versions of the 38mm titanium model. Dressed in an aerospace grade 5 titanium case, these new dial variants take inspiration from the beauty of fly-fishing in the Bahamas.
Measuring 38mm in diameter and 9.2mm thick, the brushed titanium case is topped with a high polished bezel and sapphire crystal glass.
The dials (light ocean blue or pink sand) are made of naval brass, and then enhanced with artisanal finish. The black oxide-treated hands coated with luminescent Super-Luminova paint enhance the readability. Paired with handmade tan Horween leather strap, each version is limited to 30 pieces.
These watches are equipped with the Weiss Caliber 1005 (base ETA 7001), a manual-winding movement with 42 hour power reserve. Through the transparent sapphire crystal glass, this movement is visible. The watch displays hour, minute and small seconds.
In addition to the Blue Ocean and Pink Sand models, the brand is also offering a blue dial variant of the 38mm Standard Issue Field Watch in titanium. The retail price of each of these watches is $2,500.
