In collaboration with the European football governing body, Swiss luxury watch brand Hublot presents the Classic Fusion Chronograph UEFA Europa League Ceramic.
This second piece to bear the championship’s colours has been produced in a limited edition of 100 pieces in black ceramic.
As the seconds counter reaches 3 o’clock, the silver and orange hands—symbolising strength and endurance—echo the hues of the trophy, and are set against the black background of the dial and case.
Inside the watch beats the HUB1153 self-winding chronograph movement, which provides a power reserve of 42 hours. The watch case measures 42mm in diameter. This automatic watch comes with an unalterable, lined rubber strap.
Hublot’s association with soccer began in 2006 when it became a sponsor of the Swiss National Football Team. It was the first time a luxury watch brand entered into a partnership in football.
The partnership with UEFA was initially established in 2015 for the two prestigious UEFA Champions League and UEFA Europa League tournaments. In 2019, it was extended to all its international and club competitions for both men’s and women’s football. Since then, in the hands of the 4th referee, the eyes of the spectators follow the announcements of added time and player substitutions on the Hublot 4th official board.
