Mido Multifort M New Model with a Blue to Black Gradient Dial, Reference M038.430.17.041.00

Swiss watch brand Mido enriches its Multifort collection by launching a new timepiece with an original vertical satin-finished dial with a blue to black gradient finish.

The origins of the Multifort collection date back to 1934. On the dial of the new Multifort M, a vertical satin-finished design recalls the collection’s characteristic Geneva stripes.

The dial showcases the graduated colour scheme: blue in the centre subtly changing to black around the rim. The flange is also black, with a white minute circle.

Generously coated in white Super-LumiNova®, the resolutely sporty round and trapezoid-shaped indexes, together with the double-sided hands, stand out against this dark background and are thus highly legible. At night, a blue-green luminescence illuminates the display.

There is a day and date aperture at 3 o’clock, while a sapphire crystal with an anti-reflective treatment on both sides ensures legibility.

The 42mm diameter stainless steel case features a mix of polished and satin-finished surfaces. With its screwed case back and crown, it provides water resistance up to a pressure of 10 bar (100 m/330 ft).
