Oris has launched the Aquis Date Diamonds, the Swiss brand’s first watch with a dial and bezel set with lab-grown diamonds.
The bezel is set with 48 Top Wesselton brilliant-cut lab-grown diamonds, and there are a further 44 Top Wesselton brilliant-cut diamonds set into the dial. Each diamond is E-G in colour and VS1 quality. In total, the watch is set with 1.2 carats of diamonds. The hour, minute and centre seconds hands employ Super-LumiNova® for ensuring night time visibility.
The Oris Aquis Date Diamonds watch has a 41.5mm stainless steel case, a cherry red dial, and an automatic mechanical movement with a power reserve of 38 hours. Other features include domed sapphire crystal glass, screwed case-back with mineral glass and screw-in crown.
This diving watch is available with either a stainless steel bracelet or a cherry red rubber strap. The watch is water-resistant to 30 bar (300 metres).
The recommended retail price of the watch is CHF 5’400 with stainless steel bracelet and CHF 5’200 with rubber strap.
