This timepiece features a restored pocket watch movement made by Waltham Watch Company. In the Vortic Boston 480 Cherub model, the original movement, dial, and hands come from a vintage pocket watch made by this historic company.

Originally manufactured in 1919, the 19 jewel pocket watch movement has been painstakingly restored before fitting into the 46mm case in sand-blasted titanium.

Visible through the exhibition case-back, this hand-wound mechanical calibre is capable of delivering 36 hours of power reserve. It can be manually wound by the knurled copper crown positioned between the lugs above 12 o’ clock hour marker.

CNC milled from a solid block of aerospace grade titanium, the case features a Gorilla Glass on the top and stainless steel case-back. Thickness of the watch is 12mm, lug/strap width is 22mm, and lug to lug length is 55mm.

The artistically crafted cherub-themed dial spotlights delicate Roman numerals and thin blued-steel hands. The natural leather strap perfectly harmonizes with the dial colour theme.
