Hanhart expands its PIONEER collection by presenting the PIONEER Flieger One NightBlue, a special edition limited to 150 pieces.
This new model is designed after the legendary Flieger chronograph 417, the first pilot chronograph of the German Armed Forces in the 1950s.
The PIONEER Flieger One NightBlue is however a time only watch with three hands. Moreover, in contrast to the series model of the PIONEER One, the limited edition version with midnight blue face does not have a date display. In addition, the historical logo is used on the clean dial.
The dark blue dial paired with a black PVD-coated case and distinctive cowhide strap with suede finish and red color cross stitching on the lugs give the watch a unique design. The numerals and hands are coated with Super LumiNova® C1 luminous material for perfect readability day and night.
Measuring 42mm in diameter, the black PVD coated steel case is mounted with a bidirectional rotating fluted bezel with red marking.
Fitted with the convex, internally anti-reflective sapphire crystal glass and screw-down case-back, the PIONEER Flieger One NightBlue has a water resistance of up to 10 ATM.
The case back bears the respective limitation number XXX/150 and the historical “h”. The large pilot’s crown is decorated with the “h” of the historic Hanhart logo.
Driving this new model is the reliable Sellita SW 200 automatic movement made in Switzerland. In addition to stop-seconds, it offers a power reserve of up to 38 hours.
The PIONEER Flieger One NightBlue watch has a strap made of ox leather in blue with a suede finish. It comes with a black PVD-coated buckle.
The estimated retail price of the new Hanhart PIONEER Flieger One NightBlue watch is 1,290.00 EUR incl. 19% VAT.
