Swiss watch brand Vulcain reintroduces an iconic skin diver model from the 1960s: the NAUTIQUE 38mm.
Founded in 1858 in Le Locle, the Manufacture Vulcain has been renowned worldwide for its mechanical alarm watches.
Inspired by a Vulcain skin diver model launched in 1960, the NAUTIQUE 38mm watch houses the ETA 2824 automatic caliber with a 38-hour power reserve.
The Vulcain Diver Nautique watch in steel has all the characteristics of a diving instrument, such as the ultra-legible Super-Luminova-enhanced hands and indexes, which come in khaki brown for an elegant contrast by day and enhanced legibility in low-light conditions.
The unidirectional fluted bezel is topped with a black ceramic insert featuring white markers. Ideally proportioned with a 38mm stainless-steel case, this diving timepiece offers a water resistance up to 200 meters.
Vulcain’s Diver Nautique sports diver is available in two versions:
The first version comes with a matte black dial featuring white transfer-printed minute track and signature, khaki brown Super-Luminova-enhanced hands and hour markers.
The second model has a vertical brushed blue dial with transfer-printed minute track and signature in white; khaki brown Super-Luminova-enhanced hands and hour markers.
Both watches have ‘quick-change’ leather straps with a black carbon pattern and matching stitching.
