Franck Muller Double Mystery Tourbillon Unique Piece Hom Nguyen

Franck Muller presents a unique piece of its Cintrée Curvex™ Double Mystery Tourbillon watch in collaboration with artist Hom Nguyen.

Nguyen is a French painter of Vietnamese origin. Recipient of the prestigious Chevalier de l’Ordre national du Mérite (Knight of the National Order of Merit), he is known for figurative style artworks. For this unique project, Franck Muller chose an unusual timepiece with two complications: Double Mystery and Tourbillon.

On the matt black dial, Hom Nguyen drew a figurative artwork representing the face of a child looking up to the sky. Instead of hands, the time is indicated on rotating discs thanks to the famous Double Mystery complication. Thus, the face takes shape when the discs are perfectly aligned at 12 o’clock. The dial has a massive tourbillon complication at 6 o’clock.
