The Patek Philippe Nautilus ladies’ watch collection welcomes a new Joaillerie version (Ref 7118-1300R-001) in rose gold and set with spessartite gems.
The Ref. 7118/1300R-001 Nautilus Joaillerie watch comes with a 35.2 mm diameter rose gold case. Its bezel is adorned with 68 baguette-cut spessartites that show a fascinating double-color gradation: one between the cognac-colored stones at 12 and 6 o’clock, the other between the champagne-colored stones at 9 and 3 o’clock.
The rose-gilt “waves” motif dial hosts eleven ogive-shaped, cognac-colored spessartites as hour markers. Beating inside, the self-winding caliber 324 S C movement can be admired through the sapphire-crystal case back.
The rose gold bracelet is secured with a patented Patek Philippe fold-over clasp that has four independent safety catches.
