Seiko Watch Corporation has launched a limited-edition Seiko 5 Sports watch in collaboration with Honda’s world-renowned urban motorbike – Super Cub, popular since its launch in 1958. The new Seiko 5 Sports x Honda Super Cub watch features a solid stainless steel case and the emblematic white and green dial, harmonized with a matching color Nato Strap.

This retro-style Seiko 5 sports watch is inspired by the Honda Super Cub 110 motorbike. The dial with the white and green color theme evokes the front of the bike.

The 12 o’clock marker is shaped like the front headlight, the 1 and 11 o’clock indices like the front indicators and the Super Cub logo as it would be on the vehicle. A fuel gauge icon features on the crown, whilst the bezel showcases a 30km/h speed limit sign.

The accompanying Nato strap can be worn over the rider’s clothing – a favoured feature for motorcyclists to see the time at a glance with both hands on the vehicle.

The Seiko 5 Sports x Honda Super Cub watch (reference SRPJ49K1) is limited to 6,000 pieces globally. Each timepiece comes with its own special box.

This automatic watch houses the Seiko 4R36 movement with a power reserve of 41 hours. Just like all Seiko 5 Sports timepieces, this model features day-date display, 100m water resistance and recessed crown.
