With its Edition Best Friends, MeisterSinger presents a thoroughly unique watch realized in close collaboration with the WWF (World Wide Fund for Nature), one of the world’s leading nature conservation organizations. After the successful Edition Planet Earth this is the second project with WWF.
The special edition watch is based on the successful MeisterSinger Stratoscope series and features a large, precise moon phase indication that glows at night. In this edition, the photorealistic depiction of the passing moon is supplemented by the earth. The beauty of the Earth and its natural satellite is once again shown on a deep black dial.
The WWF, one of the world’s leading independent nature conservation organizations, works to protect nature for the benefit of people and wildlife.
With a limited edition of 250 watches, MeisterSinger wants to support the worldwide work of WWF. For every edition watch sold, MeisterSinger and its retailers will each donate half of a total of 250 Euros to directly support WWF projects.
The self-winding MS Luna movement ticks inside the 43 mm case with the moon phase module developed by MeisterSinger. The SW220 Swiss automatic movement serves as a basis, and has been specially modified for the single-hand watches from MeisterSinger.
The world-famous panda logo with the WWF lettering adorns the glass exhibition back, making this watch a truly special timepiece.
Like the MeisterSinger Edition Planet Earth released in 2021, the concept of the Edition Best Friends comes with a vegan strap that is indistinguishable from genuine leather in terms of quality, appearance, and wearing comfort.
A sustainably produced case rounds off the concept. The basis is an FSC-certified cardboard box, covered with FSC-certified paper both inside and outside. The lid cushion is covered with recycled velour fabric.
