Taking inspiration from its own glorious past Swiss watch brand LONGINES presents the new Evidenza automatic collection. Dressed in tonneau-shaped cases, these new timepieces feature art-deco style sector dials.

The dial of new Evidenza features two finishes: the individual sectors are matt- finished, surrounded by a rose print; the rest of the dial is distinguished by a striking sunray brush finish.

Evidenza is available in silver, green, red, anthracite, champagne and blue dial versions. The dial has bold painted Roman numeral markers, three centrally placed hands for hour, minute, and seconds, and a date window at 6 o’clock. A sapphire crystal glass with several layers of anti-reflective coating protects the dial.

The Longines Evidenza watch comes fitted on a new alligator strap with tonal stitches. Depending upon the dial color, the strap color can be red, green, anthracite, grey, or blue. A stainless steel bracelet is also available on the silver version.

To equip these new Evidenza wristwatch models with steel case, Longines has opted for an automatic movement (Cal. L952) whose anti-magnetic silicon balance-spring enhances its performance and stability. Beating at 28,800 vibrations per hour, this self-winding calibre offers a power reserve of 45 hours.

Silicon is not only light and corrosion-resistant but also remains unaffected by normal temperature variations and magnetic fields. Its unique properties improve the precision and longevity of the watch and allow Longines to provide these models with a 5-year warranty.

Made of stainless steel, the case measures 26mm X 30.60mm X 8.70mm. Water resistant to 30 meters, the new Evidenza automatic watches feature solid stainless steel case-back, secured to the body with four screws.
