Italian watch brand UNIMATIC presents U1S-MB and U2S-MB models, the newest addition to the brand’s Special Editions, featuring the Sellita SW200 movement.
UNIMATIC U1S-MB is a diving watch where as model U2S-MB is a field watch. Limited to 500 pieces each, both models are water resistant up to 300 meters. Every single watch is numbered and tested for accuracy and water resistance.
U1S-MB features a 41.5 mm-wide rotating bezel and an 8 mm crown, whose size eases the task of setting the time. The slimness of the watch makes it comfortable on the wrist, just like its field watch twin U2S-MB, whose diameter is slightly narrower, featuring a 38mm mono-block case.
While U1S-MB and U2S-MB are equipped with the same technical characteristics as their ancestors, their salient trait and major novelty is the Mocha Brown colour of the dial and of the straps.
In fact, both models come with a Mocha Brown suede strap and a matching spare NATO strap, which can be easily exchanged thanks to the watches’ drilled lugs. The watches also feature Super-LumiNova® Old Radium tinted indexes, making them the first completely brown UNIMATIC time-pieces.
The Mocha Brown tint of U1S-MB and U2S-MB draws from Italian coffee and stands as an endorsement of the brand’s Italian origins.
