Formex Essence ThirtyNine Automatic Chronometer Mother-of-Pearl
Swiss watch brand Formex has launched its new Essence ThirtyNine Automatic Chronometer with a new Mother-of-Pearl dial.
This Formex watch comes with the same detailed case finishing as the original model, features an officially COSC-certified mechanical Swiss caliber and unique features that make it even more comfortable on the wrist. Prices start at $1,550.00 and the first 30 pieces will be delivered before Christmas 2021.
The dial is made of a whole piece of the inner shell layer of a Pinctada maxima shell also called the silver-lipped oyster.
The watch is equipped with the Swiss Made Sellita SW200-1 self-winding caliber with a power reserve of 38 hours. This “Chronometer” movement comes with premium components such as a Glucydur balance wheel which is exceptionally hard and stable, very resistant to deformation, non-magnetic, and non-corrosive.
The movement is fully decorated, has thermally blued screws and is wound by Formex’s custom-built skeletonized rotor. Each one of these movements is certified by the COSC (the official Swiss Chronometer Testing Institute) and undergoes the meticulous 15-day rate test to ensure extraordinary levels of mechanical accuracy and precision.
The patented Carbon Fiber Composite Folding Clasp with its fine-adjustment system allows on the go strap adjustment for a perfect fit in all conditions and temperatures.
The leather and rubber straps can be changed without the use of any tools and the extremely comfortable and articulated stainless-steel bracelet can be mounted on the watch in seconds. The bracelet features screwed links and a unique micro-extension system to match the comfort of the leather strap.
The Essence ThirtyNine Automatic Chronometer MoP is available at the Formex Online Boutique and at selected partners on a stainless-steel bracelet, 4 leather straps or a black rubber strap. Prices start at $1,550.00, with shipping, taxes and duties included for most countries. The first 30 pieces will be delivered before Christmas 2021.
