H. Moser & Cie. Dual Time Heritage, Steel Version with a Burgundy Fumé Dial
With this new Dual Time Heritage Burgundy Fumé Dial watch, the independent Swiss Haute Horlogerie manufacture pays tribute to the adventurous spirit of Heinrich Moser, the visionary founder of H. Moser & Cie.
The Heritage Dual Time stainless steel is a beautiful model with classic touches, inspired by Moser pocket watches and the early 20th-century models on show in the Moser museum in Schaffhausen.
Its round case features tapered lugs and a large notched crown. This resolutely classic model now comes with a brand-new Burgundy fumé dial, which also features the brand logo in transparent lacquer, like a secret signature.
The traditional-style railway minute track appears in white to give a very modern contrasting result, while the sword-shaped hands are coated with Super-LumiNova®. The distinctive three-dimensional appliqué numerals use Globolight®, an innovative ceramic-based material that can assume any shape and any colour, and contains Super-LumiNova®.
The Heritage Dual Time model houses the new HMC 809 self-winding calibre with the Dual Time module developed entirely by H. Moser & Cie.
Powering this HMC 809 calibre with a three-day power reserve, the oscillating weight transfers the energy to the barrel via a bi-directional pawl winding system which reduces the time required to fully wind the watch.
The grey hand indicates the dual time zone and can be hidden behind the main hours hand when not in use. The date is displayed in a well-proportioned window at 6 o’clock. It is connected to the dual time zone, for practical purposes.
This watch comes with a hand-stitched grey kudu leather strap.
