In this new Classima timepiece, the moon phase appears through an elegant, unique cut-out in the dial that reveals a polished, blue lacquered rhodium-plated moon disk.
The full rotation of the disk, which takes 29 days to complete, breathes life into this poetic complication. It is enhanced by a white mother-of-pearl dial adorned with a sunray guilloché transfer featuring Roman numerals and rhodium-plated indexes set with eight diamonds.
The blue-painted leaf hands accentuate the date aperture at 3 o’clock. The 34mm diameter round case in polished steel, adorned with a cabochon-shaped crown, asserts an open case back which offers a view of the self-winding movement, equipped with a 38-hour power reserve.
The Classima Moonphase Automatic Swiss-made timepiece is mounted on a blue alligator strap evoking the depth of the night sky. The interchangeable strap, all in square scales with tone-on-tone overstitching, fastens with a steel pin buckle.
