New York based watch brand Redux & Co. has announced new series of tool watches inspired by the mission critical pilot instruments.
Made of titanium, these exceptional timekeepers fuse the design characteristics of both diving and pilot watches. The brand’s latest release includes four wristwatch models: VALOR, HONNR, SCOUT and COURG.
The names of these Redux & Co. watches are inspired by the Waypoints (geographic coordinates) used in the aviation for navigational purposes. For example, HONNR and COURG are the two waypoints near Washington D.C.
Redux & Co. has recently conducted a successful crowd funding campaign (27 APR – 27 MAY, 2021) on Kickstarter. For those who missed the KS project, the brand has created an Indiegogo INDEMAND campaign to offer their new Titanium Pilot-Diver Mission Watches.
These timepieces are made of Aerospace-Grade Titanium, which is hypoallergenic and 50% lighter than steel. VALOR, HONNR and COURG models are equipped with Miyota 9015 automatic movement.
Redux & Co. SCOUT is available with the option of SEIKO NH05 automatic movement or Ronda analogue quartz movement. The SCOUT watch can be paired with an analogue compass or a digital module.
HONNR has a 37mm diameter case whereas VALOR features a 38mm case. COURG model comes with a 42mm case. SCOUT has a 28mm case. All Redux & Co. Titanium Pilot-Diver Mission watches are fitted with scratch-resistant sapphire crystal glass with AR coating.
Water resistant to 200 meters, these watches also feature uni-directional counter clockwise rotating diver bezel. These timepieces incorporate Soft iron Faraday-Cage to reduce magnetic interference.
The dial features simple, uncluttered design with super-bright luminous painted details for ensuring exceptional visibility. All these watches are now available for order via Indiegogo platform with delivery in December 2021.
