Italians are known for their passion for automobiles and motor-racing. With their chronograph timepieces, HTD takes us to the golden days of car racing. The chronograph (stopwatch) is an instrument that, if well calibrated, allows to measure and record best times on track.

The HTD watch collection includes Hesagraph with 3 chronographs inspired by the world of racing and Jungle Boy, an experimental model inspired by the world of impossible missions. These timing instruments are inspired by the racing cars from the 50s, 60s and 70s.

The Hesagraph is available in three dial versions: PureSpeed, Cannoli and X-Ra. The Jungle Boy watch follows the same specifications of the Hesagraph, but it features a rotating bezel. The parts of each HTD watch are designed, assembled and serviced in co-operation with local artisans in Florentine, the leading watch manufacturing center in Italy.

HTD has selected the Seagull ST 19 manual-wound chronograph movement to equip these time instruments. It provides a power reserve up to 42 hours.

Seagull ST 19 manual-wound chronograph movement

Founded in 1955, Seagull, originally Tianjin, acquired the machinery for the production of the Venus 175 from the Swiss company Venus in 1962 and built the ST19 family, including the “ ancestor “ ST1901, a movement almost identical to the Venus 175 and which retains all its technical merits, consisting of the column-wheeled chronograph movement, a more elaborate mechanism that offers a softer insertion of the chronometric pushers than the cam-type chronograph.

The Seagull movements are created with standards approved by the strict Chinese military tests. The movements used for the HTD Hesagraph watches undergo further testing at in Italy to ensure maximum efficiency.

HTD Watches Hesagraph Collection

Following the footsteps of classic chronograph watches, Hesagraph’s measures 39mm diameter and topped with a domed Hesalite glass. HTD watches are available with Italian hand-crafted leather strap or stainless steel (solid links or beads of rice) bracelet.
