Endatto C1V1 & C1V2 – Wristwatches Inspired by the Natural Beauty of Arizona

Founded by Ted Verderame, Endatto is a watch brand based in Phoenix, the capital of Arizona State in the United States. The brand offers Swiss made mechanical watches designed in Arizona and created in partnership with a reputed manufacture based in Switzerland.

Endatto’s a new collection of watches are inspired by Arizona’s natural beauty and the many sights which attract tourists from around the world. Both models feature a sunray dial, 39mm stainless steel case and a Swiss movement. Delivering lasting eye-appeal, these high-quality yet accessible luxury watches are intended for daily wear.

Ted Verderame was born and raised in Arizona. Blessed with breathtaking natural beauty, the state of Arizona is located in the south west of the United States. The Grand Canyon National Park in Arizona is one of the ‘Seven Wonders of the Natural World’. It attracts millions of tourists from all over the world. The Sonoran Desert plays host to the nation’s largest cactus, the giant saguaro which encompasses green hues and straight spines. Situated on the slopes of the Coyote Buttes in the Paria Canyon-Vermilion Cliffs Wilderness of the Colorado Plateau, ‘The Wave’ is a sandstone rock suffused with alternating rhythmic and cyclic laminae and two major troughs. As the light changes throughout the day, the appearance of The Wave alters, with colours transitioning from one shade to another.

The new Endatto timepieces take their aesthetic inspiration from the giant saguaro cactus and ‘The Wave’ sandstone rock formation respectively.

• Endatto C1V1: The C1V1 model features a verdant green sunray dial enriched with a series of grooved lines. The spines of a giant saguaro and its branches, or arms, gave rise to the dial’s fascinating texture.
• Endatto C1V2: The dial of the C1V2 adopts a natural theme. The red hue of the dial is inspired by ‘The Wave’. Its colour frequently changes, sometimes looking crimson while on other occasions appearing vermilion. A series of horizontal lines span the southern region of the dial, while sunray decoration adorns the whole of the dial plane.

Both models display the hours, minutes, seconds and date, imparting information in a highly legible form. The hour and minute hands, as well as the indexes, are lined with Super-LumiNova® BGW9, enhancing readability in restricted light.

Each watch is housed in a 39mm stainless steel case. The case surfaces are highly polished except the upper lug surfaces, which are finely brushed. The lugs gracefully arc downwards, coaxing the strap to envelop the wrist.

The exhibition case-back of the watch offers the views of the automatic Swiss movement, the highly regarded ETA 2824-2. The oscillating weight is adorned with Côtes de Genève motif, upholding traditional watchmaking savoir-faire.

Endatto supplies each model with a calf leather strap and branded pin buckle. The watches feature a quick-change facility allowing the wearer to remove the strap without the need for tools. Moreover, in the future, Endatto Craft Timepieces will offer additional retro-fit straps, providing the opportunity to create an alternative look.
