This new Rado Captain Cook is a strong and muscular watch, created by combining the oldest man-made material with a modern materials marvel.
The Captain Cook’s striking good looks come from the lush green and earthy bronze tones. The perfectly toned body in 42mm diameter bronze (CuAl) case is fitted with a box-shaped sapphire crystal, bronze bezel with high-tech ceramic insert and a titanium case back with sapphire crystal. The dark green leather strap with brushed bronze (CuAl) pin buckle offers the perfect finish for such a handsome specimen.
The Captain Cook Bronze Automatic watch features a green, sunray dial with yellow applied indexes, gold coloured moving anchor symbol with synthetic ruby backplate, white printed Rado and Captain Cook logos, and gold coloured hands. Its indexes and hands are embedded with vintage look coloured Super-LumiNova®.
The watch is fitted with a polished bronze (CuAl) screw-down crown. The circular brushed titanium screw-down case back is engraved with 3 stamped seahorses. The watch is water resistant to 300 meters.
The Captain Cook is equipped with the high-quality, Swiss made ETA C07 movement, which offers up to 80 hours of precision power. The watch displays date at 3 o’clock.
