Sekoni Original is a Singapore based micro-watch brand founded by a group of young professionals. Its debut model, the Tidal Moonphase was launched on 30 July 2019 on the popular online crowd-funding platform Kickstarter. After this successful campaign, the brand has been offering the Tidal Moonphase watches on their online store.
The Sekoni Original Tidal Moonphase watch boasts the most poetic horological complication: Phases of the Moon. It takes 29.5 days for the Moon to revolve one round around the Earth.
Powered by a Swiss Ronda quartz movement, this timepiece drives three centre hands (hour, minute and seconds), date and moon-phase functions. Perfectly complementing the joyful moon-phase display, the watch comes with three attractive dial color choices: white, blue and salmon.
This classic dress watch comes in stainless steel or rose-gold plated stainless steel case measuring 39mm diameter and 9.15mm thickness. The front glass and the glass protecting the case back art are crafted from sapphire crystal, which is highly scratch resistant and features AR coating. The watch is water resistant to 50 meters.
The wavelike guilloche dial features applied index hour markers, hand-assembled, beaded minute markers, elegantly styled hour, minute and seconds hands in steel or rose gold finish, moon-phase display at 12’o clock and date display at 6ó clock.
Each timepiece is fitted with a beautiful Italian full grain leather strap secured with buckle clasp.
Presently Sekoni Original offers these timepieces at a retail price of 285 Singapore dollars per piece. Each timepiece carries a 5 year international warranty from the date of purchase.
