Milus inventively revisits its iconic diving watch, reverting to traditional robust hands, a rotating bezel and screw-down crowns, to unveil an ultra-contemporary and technically innovative rework of the original Archimèdes.

Archimedès by Milus is the modern successor to the Super Compressor of the seventies with its dramatic proportions, as well as the 666, the original model created a decade earlier. Adventuresome and audacious yet elegant, they both feature renowned Ervin Picquerez waterproof casings, which speak for themselves.

Milus ARCHIMÈDES Historic Model

The development focused on the 41mm brushed casing and the reflection of the mirror polished bezel. The granulated black or blue dial, three hour digits at the cardinal points, 3 o’clock date window, rotating bezel and famous “Broad Arrow” hands coated in SuperLuminova combine seamlessly to bolster readability.

Its ETA 2892 movement is protected in a steel case equipped with a helium valve, resistant up to 30 ATM or 300 metres.

  1. It would be nice if the review either contained additional information, (to that available on the manufacturers website), or expanded on it in some way.
Doesn’t seem to be much point simply reprinting what’s already out there.
