Tockr Launches in Chicago at Abt Electronics Time Boutique
Tockr, the American watch company that offers aviation-inspired, Swiss-made time pieces, announces its debut at Abt Electronics, the brand’s first authorized retail partner in the Chicago land market.
Tockr watches will be available for purchase in the Abt Time Boutique within the 120,000 square foot Abt showroom in Glenview, IL, and online at abt.com. The partnership unites two great independent American brands driven by family values, expert service, and products of superior quality.
A third generation, family-owned and operated independent retailer, Abt has been one of Chicago’s most beloved retail stores since 1936, while Tockr is an aviation-inspired, Texas-based watch brand founded by Austin Ivey to honor his family’s multi-generational legacy as airmen and pilots.
Abt’s 83-year history in the Chicago land area has created a loyal customer base that spans generations. Tockr will celebrate the brand’s launch in the Chicago market at a special multi-chapter RedBar Group collectors’ event that will bring together members of three different chapters of the watch collecting Group (RedBar Chicago, RedBar Madison, and RedBar Miami) to preview Tockr’s collections hands-on.
