Kennsen Bi-Compax Chronograph

This classic chronograph model made by Swiss watch brand Kennsen is equipped with the self winding caliber KV772, a bi-compax version of the legendary Valjoux 7750 movement acclaimed for its robustness and precision. As the name suggests, the watch features two sub-dials at 3 and 9 o’clock.

To ensure superior grade chronometric standards, each movement is adjusted to -2 to +6 seconds per day and in five positions. After casing, each watch is tested for water resistance (5 ATM) and checked again in five positions for functioning and timekeeping.

In its aesthetic side, the Calibre KV772 features Côtes-de-Genève and snailing on the plates. Movement screws have been replaced to complement these finishes. The matt and anthracite finishing of the rotor adds an interesting counterpoint to the plates. The Bi-Compax plate also sports Côtes-de-Genève finishing.

The watch cases for the Kennsen Bi-Compax Chronograph are made in Delémont by Victorinox. The in-house designed case ensures optimum visibility of the dial and wearer comfort.

Tested for a water-resistance of 50 metres/165 feet, the watch case is crafted from superior quality 316L1.4435 stainless steel. The case measures 42mm diameter, 49mm across the lugs and 13.4mm height. Its wrist-friendly lugs ensure a comfortable and secure fit.

The sapphire crystal case-back gives a view of the movement and rotor. Each watch is individually numbered. The pusher sleeves are horizontally brushed by hand; the front and back bezels are hand polished, and case-middle has horizontal brushing . The case chamfers provide a sporty yet elegant feel.
