DAVOSA Newton Lady Automatic
The new Newton series from DAVOSA pays homage to Isaac Newton, the inventor of our time. The new ladies’ watches from Newton series boast shimmering Mother of pearl dials.
Mother of pearl has a matte, iridescent lustre when touched by light, as a result of its particular surface structure. If you move it in the light, it shimmers iridescently. It is this natural brilliance that distinguishes the dial of the DAVOSA Newton Lady, which comes in either natural white, ultramarine or oyster grey.
A guilloché area in the centre of the dial is encircled by a smoothly finished zone upon which the hand-applied, silver-plated figures are positioned, which in turn is finished by a detailed minute scale and luminescent dots. The hands are gracefully integrated and beautifully visible at night – also thanks to SuperLumiNova BGW9.
The 3-part stainless steel case with a diameter of 34mm, a height of only 10.5 mm and a water resistance of 5ATM is very comfortable on the wrist. The curved sapphire crystal cover glass ensures excellent resilience.
Precisely delineated satined and polished areas underscore the exceptional production quality of the Newton Lady Automatic, which is optionally available with a ring of 56 diamonds on the bezel in every dial version.
Turn the watch over and the rear view is no less attractive, thanks to a glass back that provides a clear view of the DAV 3021 Swiss automatic movement. The newly developed skeletonised DAVOSA rotor is in clear sight: It refers to the compass in the DAVOSA logo and is finely embellished with Geneva stripes.
With the new Newton Lady Automatic from DAVOSA, the choice of strap is far from easy. A lady must choose between a sporty, three-row, metal link strap and five leather straps made from robust Saffiano leather in the colours natural white, ultramarine, oyster grey, mocha brown and crimson red.
The DAVOSA Newton Lady Automatic is now available from certified DAVOSA watch retailers, retailing at between 838 and 1,998 Euros, depending on the model.
