Young watch brand Tapferkeit has launched a Kickstarter crowd funding campaign to fund their ‘legacy’ series, an affordable new line of Bauhaus timepieces, based on a minimalist design.
Their ‘legacy’ series comes in two different designs, the Löwenherz (Lionheart) which features a more detailed dial containing numerals around the watch face, and the Furchtlos (Fearless) a minimal version. These watches are crafted from 316L stainless steel.
Both models are available for £99 ($125) and contain the Miyota 2115 quartz movement manufactured in Japan. The glass is domed and made of sapphire to ensure durability.
The watches are accompanied by a choice of 4 different leather bands and a Milanese mesh band. The design and fit are unisex for those who like a slightly bigger dial sitting at 42mm in diameter and 7.9mm in thickness to ensure it sits comfortably on the wrist.
By supporting their Kickstarter campaign, backers can get up to 60% off some rewards, with the most popular reward of 40% off a single watch, almost being fully claimed.
