Like the Voltairian character of Micromegas, who advocated not hesitating to change his outlook on things, Swiss luxury watchmaker Manufacture Royale is revisiting its two-speed double tourbillon this year, daring to use colors.
A double tourbillon flying at two speeds, the left cage makes a complete rotation in only 6 seconds, while the right one rotates ten times more slowly (1 minute).
This unique horological marvel boasts a khaki lacquered dial adorned with hand-painted red tourbillon cages. This very special lacquering was done in the Manufacture Royale workshops.
Powering this high complication watch is MR04 automatic winding calibre that incorporates two flying tourbillons with escapement wheel, silicon anchor and titanium cage. Its pink gold case is fitted watch sapphire crystal glasses on the dial side and case back.
