The Boldr Venture watch featured in this review is the Jet Black Version in a solid aerospace grade titanium case with DLC Black Coating. The other available versions – Jungle Green, Carbon Black and Khaki – feature aerospace grade titanium case without DLC coating.
The watch case measures 38mm diameter and 11mm thickness. Lug size is 20mm and lug to lug width is 45mm. The slim and light weight titanium case along with the angled lugs ensures comfortable fit to any wrist size and style.
The front glass is made of flat sapphire crystal. The inner side anti-reflective coating on the glass offers good visibility of the dial. At 4’o clock of the case, you can find a custom embossed, push-pull type crown measuring 5mm.
The watch has a solid titanium screw-down case back featuring an X shaped custom artwork designed by BOLDR founder Travis. The watch is water resistant up to 100 meters.
The Boldr Venture watch boasts a matte black dial with printed logo, hour-marker dots, large Arabic numerals from 1 to 12 representing the traditional 12 hour dial format. It also has small Arabic numerals from 13 to 24 to differentiate time according to the 24 hour format used by Military. The dial features a centre three hands lay-out featuring custom hour, minute and second hands.
To ensure legibility in the darkness or during low light conditions, the dial incorporates Superlume on all hands, hour marker dots, and large Arabic numerals from 1 to 12.
Powering this timepiece is an ETA 802.102 Swiss-Made quartz movement. It has a battery life of up to 36 months. The watch is worn on a NATO Canvas strap with solid titanium buckle with etched logo.
